Irregular periods from rough sex?

I've never had this before (33F), I'm having a lot of sex in a new-ish relationship (6 months), it can be rough, + I'm orgasming more than I ever have haha. All good things!

But my period has gotten so irregular from it it seems. It never was before this, I'd have my period every 3-3.5 weeks almost exactly. Now it's changed to sporadic, like it'll come a few weeks early for just a few days, break a week or so, come back, etc. So odd.

Has anyone else had this? I'm on progesterone-only birth control.

Pro se federal appeal – SSA settled + offered my case a remand

No opposition, just the remand offer. First good news I’ve had on my case for 2.5 years, I’m so relieved + happy. 1,000% know there’s more steps…

But now I can present my additional new symptoms at the hearing + address the deficiencies from the previous decision too.

Finally happy w/ my footing. I wrote a 45 page opening brief I poured into. (An online service helped me write it, I heard the length was standard + it was very thorough/needed I feel, plus got me the positive outcome I wanted.)

Good pants for a tall lass? High waisted + cotton pref

On the look for other options similar to BD Notion SP Pants (I love Stoic, but they're done it looks like :/ )

I prefer cotton/thicker-side material for protection + high waisted (29-31" inseam works, which is usually "tall" for most brands)

Has anyone else had neuromuscular scoliosis developed after their TBI?

It’s just so painful. I’m getting treated with a chiropractor. But it’s a very present symptom and hurdle in my day-to-day life.

I also get frequent migraines now too, and developed/unveiled/whatever ADHD, which both frequently disrupt my day-to-day life and function also.

Le ugh.

Help! What's this silhouette/design called? Does anyone know where to find a top like this in the wild?

I'm thinking it's something like a keyhole bodice, stacked/vertical keyhole design, or peekaboo bodice, but I can't find anything similar for sale. I'd love one in my wardrobe! 😩

Dating my supposed "golden pair" (ENTP/INFJ) and... I kind of get the hype

We're 4 months in and doing amazing (40M and 33F). I looked up his personality because I identify with INFJ so much and I found his personality is supposedly a golden pair match :)

It's been that way so far. I know to not count your chickens before they hatch. We shall see what happens.

He admits when he was younger he was way different. He's done couples therapy with past serious relationships, learned and grew a ton.

Some ways we gel:

~ Conversation + intellectual pieces just feel so on. We can talk for a long, long time.

~ His energy excites me and keeps my days fun. I really enjoy his humor.

~ He's a great communicator and comfortable with emotions (breath of fresh air after my last partner who was extremely conflict avoidant)

Our modes of operating just really get on. I'm excited to see where it goes and I'm glad a found a healthy one of these guys. :)

Edit: (for those coming from an attachment theory lens)
These conversations often lean toward attachment style and emotional security as the main factors in the dynamic. My post probably sits on the edge between that and personality type. I’d say my guy seems pretty securely attached, which is honestly a refreshing change since so, so many men are not, haha. At the same time, I do also notice his personality, temperament, and other quirks that seem to mesh well with mine. So this feels like a bit of both. ¯\(ツ)

Some return to sender spells that worked

I did an amalgamation of a few return to sender type spells last year around a handful of people (~5) that really betrayed me. They did some awful shit. They weaponized my near death accident against me, ostracized me in a small town, and caused my long-term relationship breakup.

I'm not really privy to any of their lives. But I know in some way it kind of worked, within a year. One of their marriages had a major rupture, they're "still rebuilding", this person is moving back home states away, as well and is heartbroken over it. Two dropped out of grad school. Pretty sure one had a breakup from a long-term relationship, too. Not sure on specifics. But positive of these small indicators, which is enough for me. I feel some justice and karma's been served.

Myoclonus post-TBI with chills and in sleep

I get these strange tremor-like body seizes with chills, ever since my TBI 2.5 years ago. It's not really disruptive, I'll just have big body convulses through my torso and arms when I get chills (more often now as well).

My boyfriend just noticed I get them while I sleep now too. I'll convulse a little, tense, then relax. I snore a bit more now too. We're going to check if I have sleep apnea if he see it again.

Just wanted to know if anyone else gets this? When I look it up, it looks like Myoclonus. My PT said she's seen other TBI patients have this after injury too.

I gaslight myself on my symptoms b/c it could just be called "lazy"/inefficient

My severe TBI was 2.5 years ago. I'm still finding my new normal and getting back into the swing of work. -- I'm having a hard time deciphering what are my TBI symptoms because so much of what my symptoms are could just be called "lazy" or "inefficient". I definitely have ADHD now, I'm very distract-able, my focus is difficult, and my stamina to make it through the whole day, fatigue is high. When I get tired my balance gets worse, walking, etc. My left side neglect from my stroke. I start to slur.

It's an invisible injury and it makes it so hard sometimes. American culture and my family are workaholics so it's all do-do-do, but I'm trying to embrace taking care of my body/nervous system better and not to shame myself about it. It's not a personal failure, it's my body...

I have a service dog who has tasks to help me with my balance, emotional regulation and more. Because I pass as normal, I get flack for him a lot. I don't bring him into stores much, but if I'm getting just 1-2 things, I do sometimes. Yesterday *a worker* at Costco yelled at me from 50 feet away with a decent crowd around, "That's not a service dog!!!" Wtf? He is...

I literally feel harassed quite often having to deal with my TBI-based qualities. The invisible injury aspect of TBIs is so so difficult.
