HR Policies for Managers, Department Heads

I know that under the labor code, managerial employees are not entitled to OT, etc. These people are not paid per hour of work rendered, rather on their output and for their brains. These people are also expected to render work beyond the regular working hours if necessary without additional pay.

What are the HR/payroll rules for these people? Are they required to abide by the company's hours of work or are they allowed to come in late without any deductions for late or undertime?

What do you call this kind of behavior or personality?

My husband was so loving, kind, and patient to me. He was not verbally, emotionally, mentally, physically abusive. To me, he was a saint. He was a good provider. I had no idea he had at least 2 confirmed affairs. Is this considered a narcissistic behavior? He was so loving and affectionate. What do you call this kind of behavior or personality?

What are other alternatives to religion in the Philippines?

I used to be a Catholic and a Born Again Christian. I stopped going to church. What can I explore as an alternative to religion to give my life some meaning?

In application forms that ask about your religion, what do you indicate when you are someone who does not go to church?

Context: I grew up Catholic then Born Again Xtian. I eventually stopped going to services. I did not find any meaningful connection between myself and that God. I kinda cringe when I write Christian because I don't believe in that Church's teaching anymore.
