Oklahoma Smash Burgers on a Sunday Evening.
This is my first time making an Oklahoma Smasher. Loved the extra 🧅 and the flavor they added. 85/15 beef, onions, American Cheese, butter lettuce, pickle, and tomatoes.

180 season for Christian Walker
Now leading the league in several offensive categories, Houston Astros first baseman, Christian Walker has had an incredible 180 turnaround season in the eyes of a great many fans. With another season plagued with injuries Walker and Yordon Alvarez have been the spark keeping fans interest in and entertained by the first part of the 2026 season.

Memorial Day Smashers 🇺🇸
Whipped up some holiday Smash Burgers today while we remembered the fallen hero’s that gave all in order to preserve the freedoms that I enjoy daily.
Double patty, classic with caramelized onions, melted cheddar cheese, butter lettuce, tomatoes thick cut dill chips with a creamy chipotle pepper aioli on a fresh toasted brioche bun.
-85/15 prime ground beef cooked with beef tallow.

Not a Smashburger, but it was juicy and delicious. 1/3 pound of prime, ground beef, spinach, tomato, grilled onions and Claussen pickles atop some Wisconsin cheddar, wrapped up with an artisan bun.
