2 cherries, 2 strawberries, 1 plum, 1/4 avacado, Greek yogurt , spinach and edamame, 14f trying to loose weight. Any tips?
I rlly like him but I hate that he’s skinnier than me and I feel bad saying that but it makes me rlly insecure. He makes himself be sick and dosent eat that much, I restrict and count calories, we both work out excessively and I don’t wanna assume anything but we probs both have Ed’s in one form or another. We are both 14 and tbh I just don’t think we’re gonna be any good for each other, obvs we try to support each other but I don’t know how good I’m actually doing, also both have past w sh and I relapsed after 2 months of being clean a week after he told me he had, in no way am I blaming him but yk. I also don’t know how much I actually like him and he rlly rlly loves me and I don’t wanna lead him on, but I don’t rlly know how I would tell him this cuz I don’t want him to feel this is his fault or he did something to cause the breakup cuz it’s not it’s me, anyways any advise or opinions?

I burned for the first time a few mins ago after being 53 days clean w cutting , I don’t want to reset my timer thing also I don’t rlly count it so I probs won’t, wby guys?
I was diagnosed when I was abt 11 or smt ( only having seizures at night) and was on medication until abt 13 have been off it for a while and have had 2 seizures this year, one earlier this year due to lack of sleep and one a few weeks ago and can’t see any clear triggers,soo wondering if not eating enough can be cause to have a seizure I have an appointment w my doctor the week after next and scared he will figure it out not rlly sure, thx for your help:)

My breakfast and dinner and then desert-so everything I ate tdy- also had a Diet Coke after school. For breakfast I had greek yogurt, a few bits of 80%dark chocolate and half a Bannana. Dinner was rice w 1/4 of avocado, a small carrot and half a bell pepper, some cucumber and seaweed and the pic of tuna in a bowl was how much tuna I had. Thxx and opinions on what I ate tdy!
Greek yogurt, about 3spoons, some grapes and some granola
2eggs( no yolks), just salt and half a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar on the salad.
