Vendor resealing packs

Is it worth even buying loose boosters anymore? I bought some recently at an event and my friend and I strongly suspected they had already been opened and then resealed (they were only barely closed).

I'm looking to buy loose japanese boosters online (different vendor) but I'm aware people weigh them and stuff and might be just selling the dud packs.

I'm never gonna buy a full booster box but is it even worth it buying packs?

I keep repeating the same cycle and I need to know if anyone else goes through this

I'm 32 F and I'll start this by describing where I am now. I decided a month ago to make some lifestyle changes. Not to lose weight, but to improve my overall health. I ate like crap, I went so so over my calories every day, I ate zero fibre. When I get up from my chair at work my legs were stiff, I was groaning when I moved in general. I'm now on a 500cal deficit and have seen around 3.5kg drop in my weight. (I am now 81kgs).

But in the past week or so, my muscles are sore and weak. I have jelly legs, sore ankles and I can't lift my weights (which are only 1.5kg). I am eating enough, I'm eating very nutritious meals at around 1800 cal per day. This leaves my brain and body thinking "I need sugar right now or else I'll pass out" even when i know i have eaten enough. I want to binge eat so bad.

I am not over doing it by the way, I'm going super slow and gentle with my walks and strength training, and when this fatigue started setting in I had a few rest days, but no improvement.

This pattern is why I have given up fitness journeys every single time I've started and I dont want to do that anymore. I dont know if this is hormones, exercise intolerance, chronic fatigue? My joints are a bit funny so I might have EDS, but I dont think that explains the muscle weakness.

Whats your petty revenge story?

Ever exposed a cheating ex, got one over on a bully, written someone's number in a cubicle saying to message for nudes?

Ever rubbed your balls on someone's pillow or farted in someone's general direction?

Tell all, don't be ashamed.

"Living well is the best revenge"

Sometimes living well means getting a little even when you feel you need it 😌

Anyone have really difficult intrusive memories?

I just got home from vacation and of course post holiday depression is a thing, but the energy here is so dark and oppressive because of negative memories and associations. I deal with horrible memories all the time and I can't control it.

I've been thinking back to people in an old job who just hated me even though I did nothing to them. They called my boss to say I was late to work when I wasn't, they said I assaulted someone too. When I think about stuff like this I just feel like my body weighs a tonne, I can't get up off the couch and I can't see the point in even trying. I can't help but feel so angry and it completely traps my mind and chains me down.

I don't know if its to do with OCD, CPTSD, or just inability to process or move on from anything.

Turning to spirituality after loss of dog?

We lost our dog this week. She was old and sick, but she was happy until the end, we didn't wait until she suffered to say goodbye. I didn't realise the level of conflict I would feel over it, how wrong it feels to make that final decision even though I know it was the right thing.

I'm atheist, but the only way I can cope with our decision is to tell myself she is happy somewhere. I can't cope with the idea that she is just gone.

It's a strange one because I feel like I am knowingly lying to myself in order to accept this loss, and I don't know if that's healthy.

Shoe recommendations for all day walking?

I travel quite a lot and spend a lot of time walking in cities. I'm looking for a comfortable cushioned shoe with a bit of a bounce! I'm 32 F.

I bought Nike Vomeros but my heel slightly slipped out even though they were the right size, the heel shape just wasn't right i think. There was friction in the sole too which caused the bottom of my feet to burn like crazy. I didn't feel like i was slipping, i think its just the fabric. When I tightened them and used a heel lock, my feet went numb. So I returned them.

Hoka Clifton 10s have slippage too unfortunately.

Slippage is common with me and I've experienced it with a lot of shoes, but not all. Planning on getting heel grips anyway, but has anyone got recommendations?

I won't go into too much detail but I'm in a position where I spend 240 euro a month on petrol and tolls just to get to work. I can save around 600 euro per month.

My car is at 172k and its 11 years old. It's starting to fail NCTs, needs work after every service, and is starting to get wear and tear issues.

If I got a hybrid (can't afford full electric), I know it wouldn't be a huge plunge in petrol costs, but it might be a bit better. If I got a green loan from the credit union I'd be looking at repayments of around 120 euro per month, thats if I got a 10 year loan. I'd use my annual bonuses to pay chunks of it off.

I'm not sure if this is a smart decision tbh. I think I want validation that it's not a stupid decision.

32F, diagnosed 6 years ago. I've been on a lot of meds and tbh it feels like this is the best its going to get. The meds are working, don't get me wrong.

The problem is I can't exercise. A couple of years ago I started going to the gym, and temporarily it made me feel great. But then I got more and more fatigued to the point I literally couldn't even lift the lightest weights. Even though I had cut down my frequency and intensity.

Now that I'm more stable and own a property, I finally feel like I'm ready to drop the weight. Overeating is no longer a side effect, its a habit. When I was on a different med I ate horribly, but now I know that it's just a habit. I'm eating at home, cooking at home, making nutritious food and eating smaller portions. The weight isn't budging. I'd love to up my excerise but I just can't.

I'm concerned about possible issues like higher insurance or difficulty finding parts. Literally have no idea about the ins and outs of it. They just seem so economical. Am I right in thinking because there are also Jazz's made in Europe that parts shouldn't be an issue?

There's a friend who hasn't spoken to me in coming on 3 years. We were friends for over 10 years. There were ways she was a crummy friend but what I did, although not purposefully, was the nail in the coffin.

She was being very frustrating and flaky when a man came into her life. I ranted about it in my journal, which I had left open on my coffee table and she read it. I'm a total bone head. She was deeply hurt, and the guilt and panic at hurting her in this way literally caused me chest pain for like 3 days. She hasn't spoken to me since.

I miss her all the time although she could sometimes be a bit selfish, she was my absolute best friend. She recently unblocked me on social media. I saw her in a store and to my surprise she said hello, she looked like she had seen a ghost. I was expecting a lot more coldness from her.

I had an experience a couple of years ago where there was a friend group falling out, and I was pretty diplomatic and sort of kept out of the drama though naturally ended up falling on one side. I reached out to one of the girls about 6 months later and told her I hope she is doing great. She called me pathetic for not moving on. It hurt me deeply and made me feel like a terrible person.

So yeah, I just want to get my feelings out I guess and see what people think of the situation.
