got into ACF (1st list) in nust (fee paid and applied for hostel) made plans, friends and thora familiar bhi hoge thi Islamabad sy. All this while Lums put me in waitlist after waiting for a long while. my LCAT went somewhat okay (i don't even know ky acha giya ya bura cause i didn't even study for it, siraf parents ky liye diya tha).

Now, nust ki classes 7sep sy start and Lums just offered me admission (I applied in Economics and Economics, data and computer science).

Lums is a great opportunity but im not sure.

admission ky baad bhi ill be stressed ky gharwalo ky itny paisay lag rhy hain (im from upper middle class)

and on top of that im not even sure if ill fit in or not.

ive heard many negative things ab lums ky logo ky bary mai, them calling fsc waly bachy "M-kids" and consistently putting them down.

itne lamby intezaar ky baad finally i got in. nust ki fee krwa de thi but still. lums made me wait for like forever.

My brother is 💅 and i found out ab it last year. we both are teens . we're close and i was very disturbed at the time cuz i also got to know about his self unalive thoughts. I tried to make him reconsider but soon realised it is useless. I let him be. can't tell my parents ab this. he is the only son they have. but until this year I and my sisters have noticed that his way of talking is 💅ish and his mannerism also, he wasn't like that until his uni which started last year. he's back for eid and i see people we know laughing at him. he doesn't see it . he plays jester in uni. it is maybe selfish but i didn't matter to me much until his behaviour started embarrassing me in front of others. we are upper middle class Pakistani and he got into elite uni of Pak. so he's also bragging ab it to everyone . at first we thought it was initial excitement but after his 2nd sem he's still acting like he's over the moon and treat parents as they are very uncivilised and illerate. he acts like a victim when we correct him or try to make him understand his mistakes.

what bothers me alot

his overly expressive but hidden 💅ness

thinking of us as if we're illerate

his spending problem ( his friends are rich, we are not)

backbiting parents and being inconsiderate

Okay so there was this one manhua? And it is still not completed. the story is so good I can't even explain it. The name of the manhua is poisonous Phoenix. I can't emphasize enough how good it is that I keep checking on an update after 5 years it so good.

Basically the plot is that the girl dies and her soul gets into another girl who is now the FMC and the FMC is set to marry the stupid prince who is mentally unstable and she decides to take revenge on the people hurt her in her past life. basically the girl is living inside of the new body.

Okay so the interesting part is the stupid isn't so stupid and he pretends to be dumb .he is very very beautiful and cunning. he hides his appearance by drinking a special medicine at first he wants to kill FMC but as time passes he is impressed by her nature of protecting the "dumb" prince and he slowly gets found of her.

The sad news is that it is discontinued for whatever reason.

The novel is in Chinese so I can't read it but I did read someone's summary of of the Chinese Novel. I'm curious how she find out about his other personality

the highest i know till know is 171

I got 151/200 in net (business and social sciences). my net was yesterday, it was difficult. meri tayari achi thi, i covered all topics. lakin phir bhi ik do cheezain nahi ati thi. got 77 in maths and 74 in English.

is this enough for ACF/Eco ? i want hostel as well wo bhi andar wala. i got 127 in net 1 (prepared only from OETP) and then i got 125 in net 2 (overconfident hoge thi, so tayari achi nahi ki).

i feel satisfied. lakin hostel ka kiya karon ge?
