KHI to germany

Anyone going this year from karachi to germany for Bachelor's?

What are your preparations? Did you get your board marksheets attested by IBCC?

Can you apply on the basis of your first sem transcript?

For BsCs in germany, what are the requirements?

Team Ellis or Rory?

BOTH BOYS ARE PERFECT BTW (i haven't completed the series)

JUST SAW THAT CLOSET KISS WITH ELLIS OMG I AM SCREAMING.

Watching scenes with ellis and rory i gotta state the difference i felt. That was with rory it felt like annie was still living that new york life, fast, high paced, loud and yeah.

But with Ellis, everyone says he's shy and all but i feel like he doesn't say unnecessary things, scene with ellis felt like calm, known, present, whom you can bluntly talk about anything without putting up a filter.

And then kiss??

Rory's kiss was more like hunger and horny type (I CAN BE WRONG, PEOPLE.)

And with Ellis, it was warm, comfortable, fuzzy, butterflies in the belly, high on the kiss on feeling, kicking feet type thing.

Annie has kissed rory like 2 times and Elllis 1 time but i feel like THAT 1 TIME WAS SO STRONGER THAN THOSE 2.

What do you all think?

I just completed the Pop-star Katseye Documentary and What The Fuck.

I AM BAWLING MY EYES OUT RNNNN. Omg the ending was so emotionallllllllll

I literally cried so much as the Documentary ended.

THAT FINAL LIVE PERFORMANCE SONG. Omg i don't know how they were able to sing it without crying.

I really am so proud to see our girls, they worked so goddamn hard.

When I first started to listen to Katseye, I saw alot of comments that were saying that Megan is new to all of this stuff or her skill set ain't that great.

HOLY MOLY PERFORMANCE SHE DID, Like obv I started to watch it with the lowest expectation but babe got so much better.

(ALTHOUGH THE DOCUMENTARY ENDED, I WAS HOPING TO SEE SOME SCENES OF AFTER PARTY MANNNN)

Why is this so dead?

Are all seniors hibernating or smth? 😭 It is so dead around here.

Saw some post jismai kisi ne comment kiya wa tha ke you'll have so many siraiki friends.

IS THIS TRUE? 😭🙏 Please tell me there are urdu speaking people too. I can't fw with siraikis.

Also if a student is facing any problem regarding other students, as in bulling and all. Is there any administration or department that we can trust on that they'll take care of it.?

RATE LIBRARY. How's the library? Is it like always full? Ya kabhi kabhi khali bhi miljati hai?

If i choose fintech now, then next year again test dekr would have to transfer to cs. But wo route bht lamba lagra hai which is better???

GAVE BIRTH ON THE CAMPUS 😭😭

I took a Gap year in 2025, cuz i couldn't pass my entry exam for cs in fast. My merit was too low..

So I gave test again this year but this time also didn't qualify for BSCS khi. But I am eligible for Fintech KHI campus.

My plan is to go abroad, I have also secured BsCs seat in DHA SUFFA UNIVERSITY.

Now my question is, should i get into fintech FAST khi and then change my program later on? Do i have to give entry test for changing the program?

Or Do I get in DHA SUFFA uni for like 1 year and then apply abroad in germany for BSCS? (In germany the bscs is like 3 or 3.5 years)

It's just I am kind of uncertain about fintech, because it's not my desired field and also there are no similar courses in cs. Means I would have to take either many courses per sem or graduate late. That would be probably more than 4 years (if i get in fintech now) also i have taken gap year once. Idk what

If i do get in cs later, then obv I'll complete my cs degree from fast khi. And then apply for master's abroad.

Which is better ?

(Please do not give biased answers but honest ones)

Idk how I am here but Here I am

I was fighting the urge to write about this but well guess who's here?

I am currently a 19F, I got in an online relationship 2 years back (I was 17F and he was 19M), in starting 2024. Recently we broke up, it was the most beautiful relationship i have ever had in my entire life. I used to be very smart and mature for my age, all my life i have been that effortless kid, whom you don't have to worry about. Me, being younger than him but still i used to advise him about various things.

He was a kind of person, um very sensitive and shy and really pretty. The first year of our relationship went so well, we were so in love. But then I failed my university entrance exam and had to take a gap year (from July 2025 to july 2026). It was a pitfall for me, deeper than any ocean.

I just kept falling. It was the very first failure for me that scared me out of my shell. Even though i knew he was there for me but I thought he wouldn't understand what I was going through.

The gap year did me so bad.. I gained weight, lost hair, my skin got prone to acne, missed periods for months n months, face fat, then family, and everyone around me got in university and were posting stories, it felt as if I was the only one left behind.

I became depressed and lost the motivation of living a life. A whole other situation at home, my parents were furious and disappointed, everything was just a mess. Everyday felt like a drag. I would be studying the whole day n night and he'd be waiting for me to text him.

I stopped texting everyone.

(He doesn't have a supportive family and he usually doesn't share his feelings and stuff with his friends or any other people, it was just me) He'd wait every night just to talk to me.

But i was just blind, I needed him and he needed me but at that time all i could see was my books and the fear that crept up to me every single night.

Eventually by March april, talking to him felt like we were in some sort of contract to say "hi hello how are you i am fine thank you". Forward to now, he broke up with me, right before my university entrance exam (the one i always dreamed of going in) and it was my fault, because i threw a fit that you don't talk to me anymore what's with you. So he got angry (he never got angry on me) and just boom, he exploded and he had so much venom in his words..

As if he was holding all that in, he was absorbing all the negativity and had to pour it out on me. He used words like torture, saying I didn't reciprocate his efforts (which is really true, he was literally a text away. Whenever I'd be feeling scared, anxious - just one text and he'd instantly call me, as if he was always glued to his phone) but on the other side, I felt like I was running out of time and I can put effort in my relationship later, I thought he'd wait for me.

But we broke up, I didn't even get admission in my desired university and also lost him.

( I am sorry this is so poorly written, my thoughts are literally all over the place)

I really do miss him.

For the people asking

Here yall

The semester will be start on 5th October and the orientation will be on the first day and classes will start from the next day after the orientation.

For BSCS, C language will be taught in the Programming Fundamentals and for AICT (Applications of Information & Communication Technology), HTML, CSS and Javascript will be taught (not advanced, just basic stuff). This is just for the first semester.

As for events and social life, yes events are held which you can join in for socializing and such. Technical events are also held like hackathons and workshops.

As for the faculty, yes teachers are nice, not everyone is nice but most are somewhat nice. Yes, teachers will listen to your problems again most teachers will listen but very few will actually do something about it. Hope it helps, feel free to ask if you/anyone have any questions :)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This one was the reply of someone else asking what and where to learn about CS before classes start:

Ok first off, I don't know why are people recommending SSUET but trust me at the end of the day, university doesn't matter at all. Doesn't matter from where you do BSCS, if you have the skills and a good portfolio, you can land a job.

Now as for what you should learn and where to learn. You should do the CS50 course by Harvard taught by David J. Malan. That's the only course that I'd recommend since it has around 10 weeks + cover almost around everything that a beginner should know like basics of computers, programming, etc. The CS50 course is completely free which accompanies you with assignments, projects as well to further your learning + also join their discord community if you need to ask any question about the course contents or other such stuff related to CS50. Last but not least, learn at your own pace, no need to rush things.

Got my first kiss at dsu

Sorry for this but

I posted this like hours ago and got a comment from a really nice person who explained everything in very detail but then got banned ?????????

So help me yall please, they said smth about AICT course and languages?

Okay so, I have many questions

When will the semester start? Also in BSCs what language is taught? In first semester. I am really curious about course line. It'd be nice if a senior guides me. Your efforts will be appreciated!!

Also will there be orientation? How's social life of dha suffa? Do yall hold some events or get invited in? Orrr um are there some technical events too? Like hackathon? Or maybe related to coding and all?

How's BSCs faculty? Are teachers nice? Do they actually listen to your problems or what?

I saw some reels on Instagram related to dsu, and people in comments were like "ao to yahn phir pta chalega", "pta chaljayega jab yahn aoge"

What do yall mean by that? Aisa kia horaha hai uni mai? Is parhayi not good of dsu?

Or is it the people? or environment?

Looking at those comments, made me anxious.
