Title: Family inheritance into trust/foundation instead of personally?

I left my home country and disconnected from my family business (Holding LLC) about 10 years ago. We may reconnect, and there could be a future inheritance or transfer of ownership interests.

Before discussing anything with family, I'm wondering whether it makes sense to first establish a structure to receive and hold assets rather than receiving them personally.

Business is a family watch/jewelry brand located outside the EU.

Considering:

• Swiss foundation
• Trust
• Cyprus holding company
• Malta structure
• Other family wealth preservation vehicles

Goals:

• Privacy
• Asset protection
• Succession planning
• International mobility
• Full legal and tax compliance

Has anyone seen good structures used for multi-generational family businesses and inherited ownership stakes? What would you look at first and what pitfalls should I be aware of?

ich habe einen österreichischen Führerschein mit Klasse A, allerdings mit den Schlüsselzahlen 79.03 und 79.04 (Beschränkung auf dreirädrige Fahrzeuge/Trikes).

Diese Eintragung stammt aus einer vor rund 26 Jahren erfolgten Umschreibung eines ausländischen Führerscheins. Seitdem besitze ich die Klasse A nur in dieser eingeschränkten Form.

Nun möchte ich wissen, welche Möglichkeiten es gibt, die Beschränkung aufheben zu lassen und die volle Klasse A für Motorräder zu erhalten.

Hat jemand praktische Erfahrungen mit einem ähnlichen Fall?

• Ist dafür zwingend die komplette Motorradausbildung erforderlich?
• Reicht eine praktische Prüfung oder ein verkürztes Verfahren?
• Kennt jemand eine Fahrschule in Österreich, die mit solchen Fällen Erfahrung hat und preislich vernünftig ist?

Der Ort in Österreich spielt für mich keine Rolle.

abit difficult for me to follow : family search is filled with document sources hebrew-german-hungarian-slovakian in 1850-1920 ...

Hey guys,

My great-grandfather told my grandfather not to leave Hungary, but he did. Later, my father didn't want me to go back to Hungary, but I didn't listen and ended up reclaiming Hungarian citizenship.

Now I'm considering switching to Slovak citizenship instead. Part of historical Hungary is located in present-day Slovakia, and some of my family roots are from that area.

Is it possible to fully make the switch? In other words, could I renounce my Hungarian citizenship and obtain Slovak citizenship instead?

This isn't really about politics or personal preference. I don't have a strong opinion either way. I'm mainly asking because I think simplifying my citizenship situation might reduce some family stress.

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone familiar with Slovak and Hungarian citizenship law or who has gone through a similar process.

so i want to make a watch prototype at least , i am based in bkk and wonder how to start , do i outsource the production or i use a base components from generic model

engrave a Swiss etc it must feel heavy and serious in the end , titanium and gems

the customized parts are face and crown and logo any supplier for that ?
