I know most of the reviews in this sub have been very negative, and that’s okay. But for those looking to be entertained, have a night out with family and friends, or simply see a decent musical at this time of year, here’s your encouragement to get that ticket.

I wasn’t expecting to feel particularly delighted after the show, perhaps because my expectations were low after reading the comments here, but my friend and I had a good time. It’s certainly not the worst show I’ve seen on Mirvish this year, I enjoyed it more than Kinky Boots and Gatsby.

If you’re on the fence, go with reasonable expectations and enjoy the evening for what it is. Maybe, not every show has to be a masterpiece, and that's okay. :)

Now I don't feel too bad not getting a ticket for today as I got to see the final screening.

I just went to see Mamma Mia and just wow, I had one of the worst person sitting next to me ever.

Okay I originally typed a lengthy vent on how this person behaved throughout the show, but before posting, I realized I sounded so whiny.

Anyway, all this to remind everyone, please be a considerate theatre goer. Please behave well. Do not sing along, even if it's a jukebox musical. Do not chat with your friend and giggle for almost half the show. Do not cross your leg so that your shoe is kicking the leg of the person next to you. Do not sing, we didn't pay for you to sing. Do not go the theatre ever again, you, the person I sat next to. Yes, I hate you.

Hello! I'm attending a casual indoor event later, and I may need to step up and be the event photographer because nobody else has a DSLR.

I only mostly shoot landscapes and outdoor shots. I have no knowledge on how to effectively use flash. I also only have the built in flash of my very old Canon Rebel T5i.

Any tips on what settings to use, how to effectively use the flash, and shooting techniques would be helpful. Thank you.

I just wanted to celebrate this incredible run of a fantastic production.

The cast is incredibly talented and amazing. I genuinely believe they deserve a professional recording and/or a pro-shot. The eight principals were perfectly cast, and the players have been excellent as well. Aside from that, their stagedoor interactions have provided a good theatre experience, and their fan service has been outstanding. I’m so grateful to have witnessed these wonderful Canadians.

Anyway, my question is, could you please explain to me how Superestrella became your World Cup song? What is its significance and relevance? Was the song already famous before the World Cup? Is the singer a famous one in your country?

It sounds so cheery, I've been playing it since yesterday. I now have a song that I can relate to Ferran, oh Ferran. 😅♥️
