i got into IAR and karnvati both forr btech cs via acpc my rank is 27103 what should I do ? should I wait for round 3? go for karnavti? IAR?

also I have admission in msu for bsc physics but I am leaning more towards btech

hey so my acpc merit rank is 26509 and i got 69.6 percent in 12 th boards genral catagory I have gotten addmission in msu for bsc Hons physics via gcas. but everyone around me is like i should do btech and like I want to idk am not sure drop year is not really an option got karnvati uni for cs in round 1 acpc i applied in 53 different branches of different colleges idk what to do should I go ahead with btech? should I accept the offer letter from karnvati? should I wait for other rounds? will I get better colleges? please help me out i would really appreciate it 🙏🏻
