A+ seller u/Savings_Step3113 is such a real one. When a couple of PWEs he sent me didn't show up after a much longer time than normal - and I mean WEEKS after normal. I was prepared to handwave it because occasionally things go missing, and it's my risk when I go by PWE. He refused and issued a refund anyways.

Today, the first of the envelopes finally shows up. I returned his refund, shook my head at the challenges of USPS, and all is well. Pleasure to get things sorted out!
