Best portable drawing tablet

I’m looking for a drawing tablet for drawing and also for using blender. I would ideally like a standalone tablet (no computer needed) but I can’t find any that will run blender and substance painter. I have a MacBook Air that I plan on hooking up to the tablet. I’m still on the fence between screen or screen less so I’m open to suggestions to both sides.

I’m struggling to figure out which tablet to get because there’s a lot of them and I’m not sure how much better each of them compare to one another.

I was looking at the Artist 16 3rd Gen and Huion Kamvas 16 Gen 3 but I’m looking for advice on how people like them and if there are alternatives.

I would like a tablet that has buttons or has a remote with buttons and preferably one without alot of wires but if the tablet is good I can look past that. Also I’m looking for a touch screen.

I don’t have a price range or brand preference. I’d really appreciate hearing personal experiences if possible. Thank you!

Looking for iPhone 17 cases where the art is done by the seller

Looking for iPhone 17 cases where the art printed or drawn on the case is designed by the seller. I like pretty/ cute designs. I initially wanted to get one by the Saitemiss collection on Casetify but I didn’t want to support the company. Thank you!

Look for artists that sell iphone cases with their own art

I’m looking for a cute/pretty phone case, I really liked the ones by Saitemiss in the casetify collection but I’d rather not buy from them. I know Redbubble is an option but it’s kind of hard to find out if it’s their own art. Are there any artists that sell phone cases with their own art or any sites you’d recommend to check out?

How often would you play a fighting game until you got good?

I’ve been trying to get better at memorizing and combos and understanding fights but I end up taking awhile to come back then I have to re-learn most things.

People who are decent at fighting games how often do they practice and for how long? How do you get better at memorizing move-sets?

Is this bundle worth it for a newbie?

I want to get into the Castlevania games but I’m not sure where to start or if this bundle is worth it.

Edit: Thank you for all the replies! I did end up getting it 🙌🏻

How would I get the look of a ps2/ps3 character model?

I’m trying to draw the textures of a PS2 model similar to Silent Hill 3 and Resident evil 4 but I can’t figure out how to give the same look as the games. Is it a filter? Or maybe I need to lower the pixel quality?

How would you add/make textures for a ps3 inspired character model?

If I were to make a character similar to Cheryl Mason from Silent Hill 3 how would I go about it? Would I need to draw her face and clothes separately before adding them onto the model or could I draw directly on the model?

Would Coral (AC6) need water to survive?

I recently read Project Hail Mary and the main character makes it a point that they believe it’s possible for alien life to live without water. I don’t know if there’s enough information given in AC6 but are there any theories if coral could live without water?

First of all I understand that using a Camp as the main setting Demigod isn’t something that we are supposed to think too hard about.

From a story writing perspective I think it’s very down to earth and relatable especially when it comes to a younger audience. It also gives Percy more challenges by having less help in comparison to if he had access to the same resources as New Rome. Having just a Camp makes Kronos appear as a larger threat because the majority of the CHB’s fighters were just teenagers in comparison to Camp Jupiter’s army.

From an in universe perspective it makes everyone apart of its development look kind of incompetent. We’re told that Demigods have a very hard time reaching adulthood yet despite being around for centuries (correct if I’m wrong) there doesn’t seem to have been any solid protection except for Thalia and maybe Festus and Peleus.

I could believe that the reason Zeus granted a barrier is because of Thalia’s sacrifice but was there no other way for gods to provide some kind of aid or protection to the camp? There has been myths of Gods providing help to cities but CHB never had the same opportunity? Maybe the demigod population was always too small and young to be able to improve the camp but that’s why I’m asking about divine intervention.

TLDR: Does Camp Half Blood being underdeveloped actually makes sense? Or is it just for the sake of the story progression?

A common complaint I see here is how Rick never has Percy truly train his water powers. I think there’s broader issue of power scaling throughout his books and how a lot of demigod powers are poorly defined and limitations aren’t clear. I feel like a lot of characters don’t use their abilities to their potential in a way that feels like Rick just forgot about them instead of they’re being an actual reason.

Percy’s hydrokinesis is a popular issue because he doesn’t seem to try to improve his skills or find ways to have water with him at all times. I think limiting Percy’s water abilities to just healing and breathing would’ve been enough even if it means losing interesting moments like controlling the poison in Tartarus.

I’m curious if anyone has any changes they’d do with characters like Thalia because I’ve seen people criticize how weak she is despite being a child of the Big Three.

How would you have written Percy’s powers or that of other demigods, what rules or abilities would you have added or changed? If you don’t have any ideas for what to change, what issues do you have that others could try to expand on?

Hi! I’m an art student looking for an e-ink tablet for sketching. I don’t know much about e-ink tablets so I’d appreciate any advice on what to get. Is there a reason to pay a higher cost other than size or is the difference of drawing sensation significantly better? How good is the battery life and is there a wide range of pens and pencils to use?
