Context: I work on the rehabilitation side of my facility and I’m constantly running around on my feet getting people up dressed fed showered for therapy etc etc etc. I have a few long term people that are on my group but this one lady who has terrible dementia and begs for someone to stay with her but we can’t. She doesn’t want to socialize with the other residents but only aides. She can go to the care unit because she is hoyer. But other units are refusing for her to come live over there because she screams when she is in distress. I plan on going to my higher up’s in the morning about this because working on the busiest unit we can’t spend time with her like some other units can. Any advice or suggestions? Or similar things going in your guys facility? I just needed to vent. I care the poor lady isn’t getting the proper care she needs especially being a long-term.

Hello fellow Aries! I might be actually screwed. Been dating this Cancer man for almost two years now. I try my best to keep it peaceful but if I make a mistake I’m instantly accused of doing it intentionally or to hurt his feelings. There’s more to it but this seems like common pattern we keep running into. I love him dearly and try to fix things but it always seems to be my fault and that “I never take accountability and always justify my actions instead of changing.” I try. I really do. I don’t know if it’s worth the effort for this but I’m stuck here financially, emotionally and physically. Any advice?

Hello my 3DG fans!! As much as we love the one X album I want more merch of their other great hits… maybe I’m just not looking in the right spots but all of not most merch I see is just one X or their new album Alienation. I would love to see transit of Venus hoodies or shirts or even life starts now !! If you guys have a recommendation to where I can find some more!! Please!!

I’m going to keep it short. But slight TW.

I work in the rehab department in my facility, I had this young lady in her 50’s she had dementia and schizophrenia which wasn’t a good combination for her state but she was always sad and fearful for the people around her. But eventually she warmed up to all us aides and she was just the sweetest thing.

The other day me and another coworker took her for a walk around the facility and gotten her snoop dog t-shirt she danced around showing everyone her snoop dog shirt in excitement any of our POC male coworkers she would run up to them and “yell snoop dog!!” And hug them.

Come the next day. I get the news she ripped her PICC line out of her chest and she was gone by the time emergency services came in.

She was the cutest person I’ve ever met.

I just wanted to vent and share what a sweetie pie and how silly she was.
