My boyfriend and I are on vacation and doing a TON of walking so my feet feel like they’re on fire + being stabbed with knives, I’m in so much pain😭 I just iced my feet and I’ll be reading and resting in the hotel bed for the next 14hrs in hopes that I’ll be able to walk around for our last day tomorrow. It is so annoying to not be able to walk and move as much as I want to. This sucks!!!!
I started having major heel plus some arch pain over a year ago now and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, but the pain has now almost completely transitioned to my mid/posterior inner arch and on the mid/posterior inner side of my foot. Has anyone else experienced this?
I need to go see my podiatrist again and try to get an MRI but I have a trip I’m going on this week that is going to include tons of walking, so I need some advice🥲

I’m not a big coffee drinker, and when I do it leans more milky and sweet, but I’ve been loving the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and would love to hear y’all’s favorite customizations for it! I’m thinking of trying ristretto and/or dark caramel sauce in it.
I’m not a huge coffee drinker so please excuse my ignorance lol. I am definitely more of a milky and sweet coffee person. I’m a fan of the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso but I’ve been wanting to try other coffee drinks like the iced blonde vanilla latte or iced caramel macchiato. I get my shaken espresso with 1 shot for a grande and 2 for a venti, with just the base number of brown sugar syrup pumps, and I like that level of sweetness. How would that compare to the other 2 drinks I mentioned?
If I order this drink 1/2 decaf double shot, do I automatically get 1 shot of blonde + 1 shot of decaf, rather than 1 shot of regular espresso (not blonde) + 1 shot of decaf? Or do I have to specifically order it that way? I definitely prefer blonde but do not need a lot of caffeine lol. Thanks in advance!!!
