I hope this question makes sense. Do you think the design for SpiderGwen’s mask eyes, particularly in the Spiderverse movies, were adapted to look more feminine?… because her eyes are typically the widest out of all of the spider-people (with the exception of Spider-Punk which is a whole other thing)

I find it hard to imagine that Gwen‘s face is underneath the mask the entire time while talking and fighting, but any spider person has that effect on me cause the mask seems like a face in itself.

Her mask eyes just look so cute and it had me wondering if the animators set it up that way on purpose cause her comics and animate series don’t seem to have the same look in terms of “cuteness”.

This is my superhero I’ve been working on and I cannot figure out a good hero name for her. Her name is Brooke Delavigne and she has cryogenic ice powers from an experimental vaccine in her universe. The vaccine combined with her falling out of her plane and into the cold ocean and hydrogen therapy gave her her powers so I e been trying to name her something after that. She hates her vaccine with all her guts so she wouldn’t name herself Vaxwoman, and I love the name Glacier but it’s already taken by DC. Iceberg, Deep Freeze, Zero, Whiteout, Cold Shot, Aero, they all sound cheesy and generic and not her and takes away from the story. I need help and open to anything off the top of your head! Feel free to ask me any questions about Brooke too :)))))

Hi guys! (I drew the suit on my sketchbook app) This is my second superhero I’ve created as part of my mini multiverse.

I originally picked her face claim and posted about her here a month ago asking for you guys to pick her powers as a community type project. You all picked cryogenic, which was intriguing to me and inspired me to research ice themed powers and how to make hers unique (cause as a previous frozen fan I wanted her to nothing like Elsa).

So since then here is what I have whipped up.

Here is Brooke Delavigne, known as Glacier and Agent Brooke. Role-wise, she’s sort of the Iron-Man of her multiverse. Personality wise she’s inspired by my uncle and my mom. She works as one of the most trusted agents for a coalition I call Independent Opposition Force that works against the partially corrupt government agencies in her universe.

Before she got powers, she was working as a flight attendant and was the only one who didn’t take an experimental vaccine before a dangerous flight. (She hated the idea of it)

Later the plane split in two and Brooke and her crew helped everyone evacuate safely, but Brooke herself fell off the plane and into the cold ocean.

Her crew got her out and she was nearly dead so they gave her the vaccine to save her life, and it worked—but it caused a nervous system damage.

It caused her to be at home 24/7 for two years doing a special type of hydrogen therapy meets c02, which combined with the vaccine injury and created her cryogenic powers (blasts and chilling effects).

She’s recovered now, but still struggles with insomnia, has a resting tired/resting sad face, and has PTSD from the accident and feels broken and now can’t even stand cold or water besides a small warm shower without flashbacks.

She also was training to be a police officer for a while but got rejected, so she knows how to fight like one.

Personality wise, she’s hard to describe (at the moment). She’s helpful and warm, but not in a fluffy smiley way. She’s dependable but is prone to losing her patience with people who waffle and when she does she tends to not let people finish their sentences like an angry lawyer. And to sound a little less professional when she’s tested.

She’s definitely somewhat of a lone wolf but a lone wolf that people depend on a lot and therefore she’s quick to help but she may not always be in a good mood. As for humor she does a bit of dry and perhaps dark humor. Some other fun details are that she loves big dogs, Thai food, cheesy 50's shows, and she actually made her own alcohol in college!

Won’t be writing her story for a while as I’m wrapping up my first draft of my first superhero who she requests to join the IOF.

Hi guys! I got this little plush siamese cat from Amazon Wild Republic and her name is Sha. She’s my favorite.

Recently I’ve noticed her gradient fur on her forehead fading over time. I honestly think she looks cuter without a big blocky triangle on her head but I’m wondering if anyone else has had this or if this is from a specific type of dye technique?

First photo is when I first got her in the mail November ‘25.

Second photo is the following December, third in February and the fourth is March. The last two photos were taken May and June.

Here is Brooke, (I don’t know what her last name will be however she is is tribute to two of my relatives so I’m going for a French Canadian name that won’t sound terrible pronounced by an English speaking person) and her characteristics is mildly but significantly influenced by Captain Marvel (at least the MCU version). Role-wise, she’s sort of the Iron-Man of her multiverse.

It wasn’t an accident, it was a plan the worked to avoid. She was working as a flight attendant and one of the trips was extra long and potentially dangerous. An organization she wasn’t familiar with but was connected to via a friend had quickly whipped up a vaccine to protect the flight attendants from the high altitude. She wasn’t feeling comfortable with it but then she heard they were going to patent it and she was like f no!

Later, she was the only flight attendant who didn’t take it before the flight and soldiered on despite feeling the sickness the vaccine would have protected her from. Later the plane split in two and everyone had to be evacuated. Because of Brooke’s efforts everyone got saved safely but Brooke fell off the plane and into the cold ocean. So of you earlier on this sub suggested Iceberg and I’ve been thinking either icewoman or Glacier. Still haven’t settled on the right name; maybe I’ll just go for simplicity eventually and pick one of the above.
