on surface level ig this is something good but in terms of astrology what does it mean? how will life blend further?

1. Lagna lord in the 4th house and its depositor is in 9th house exalted

2. 5th lord is in the 5th house

3. 9th house has only one planet and it is exalted

4. 9th and 11th house making parivartan yog

there are houses that have a low ashtakvarga score despite being strong in terms of planets, aspects, and nakshatras. What exactly does this mean? Do low points make the houses weak?

saturn causes delays, especially when its sitting in or aspecting the 7th H, we get it but do cancer and leo risings always get married late, even if their 7th house is empty? or are the delays less intense just bcs saturn is the lord of the house and not actually sitting in it?
