zoom of the program window defaulting to "fit" -- is there any way to change default?
it is driving me nuts that my perfectly sized window to accommodate a 1080 frame needs to have the dropdown changed from "fit" to "100%" every time i open any project [which is many times a day for my job]. is there any way to get this dropdown to default to 100%? or at the very least, can we get adobe to save the selected dropdown to the project file
planet with two different color stars has two simultaneous daylights
this makes sense but still stunned me when i noticed it -- binary star system and one of them is a red giant - casting two different overlapping colors of daylight. the true night side dramatically fluctuates in size slowly over many years
help - planet surface lag when capturing with OBS
[EDIT] --- WELL I SOLVED MY OWN ISSUE - and i will leave this post here in case anybody else needs it in the future [hello future google traveler] --- SOLUTION: so it turns out OBS plays nice when you use "display capture" which just grabs whatever is on your screen, including when you alt+tab over to your game. it does NOT play nice with game window captures.

im trying to set up OBS so i can twitch stream myself exploring planets. however no matter what settings i juggle in both OBS and SE, the OBS capture just goes to zero whenever i am flying near a planet surface. does anybody know about any fixes pertaining to this? it seems like SE has a lack of polygon optimization that quickly overloads the graphics card or something to that effect. im just guessing. please help. [yes - iv googled and seen this question asked around here before, which was like 6 years ago]
