So I wanted to ask if anyone could make a skin based on those two pictures?

I am only learning to draw and will use it as mineimator character so Please tell me if when I publish some of them I should say the skin was made by you.

also better if hands would be 4pixels wide

the character is male even though eyes might look feminine.
