Levels spiking after filling in cracks in basement floor

What would cause this? I have never seen radon so high before and it spiked just as I patched the cracked concrete in my flooring.

How would I plumb an outdoor water fountain and prevent it from freezing in the winter with one of these?

Found this bubbler and it’s super heavy duty which gave me the idea to do an outdoor drinking fountain on my house, how could I plumb it given it’s a area in western PA prone to freezing?

Just visited my favorite bakery (five points) and noticed all their prices went up enough to be noticeable. I have seen prices at all the local pizza places, stores, bakeries go up in the last couple weeks. It’s hard to eat out without a $25 bill a person for fairly meager servings. I know the reasons why but it still sucks to gradually be priced out of all the places I enjoy around the city.
