Order marked as received but but delivered

Hi, I am a new seller, I shipped an order which was to be delivered today, I received a message stating it was delivered, I contacted the buyer, and they informed me it was no delivered.

It was shipped through india post, tracking says it was delivered in noida HO ( buyer is from Gujarat, seller is from delhi)

I am gonna visit the post office tomorrow! Can somebody help with how to handle this situation?
