Airless TPU tire for e-scooter

Got frustrated having to replace the original tubeless tires too many times (it’s a real pain to replace them), so I designed and printed this.

The bed is standard PLA, the tire itself is TPU 95A.

Seems to work ok so far, though it makes a really annoying noise. Not visible in the pictures, I had to add screws to ensure the tire stays in place.

It’s a first version I will have to iterate upon, but the concept is validated :)

That smile looks really artificial, the lips and teeth are so uncanny, the cheeks look like plastic, the nose is so strange.

I'm personally pretty sure it is AI generated, but is it? That would be pretty disappointing :(

Edit: after reading comments I don't think it is AI anymore. Didn't realize it was the same person hosting the contest. More likely to be a strong smoothing filter
