We started when when we were 16 and 15.

Quick context is that because of her family problems she didn't message me for about 1 year without me knowing that she had suffered in the meantime about her mental health and some other things which actually are very serious but in that 1 year i had tried to move on very hard because to me it was a sudden shock (nothing compared to what she went through, her was worse)

I want to be with her till the date but I can't because she looks future as us partners and married in future but you all know in india marriage means connecting with two families, an I'm not very comfortable with her family members because they hate me also my family members are super strict about caste system (I'm against but I'm tied up).

In that one year i decided to focus on becoming who i always wanted to.. grow in combat sports and it requires actual dedication, not 2-3 hours training but everyday 10-12 hours of hardwork while managing college.. i can manage her aswell but the only thing is it'll maybe slow down my progess and her's too.

I want to stay single and away but she messages me every time and i have to reply because I'm in somewhat fear that she might take a wrong step because of what happened to her earlier and cherry on top a guy hanged himself because of love. I'm scared to hell and confused at the same time.

In simple words: I can't love her and keep her hanging because of her family background and their nature towards me, also because of my goal.

The dump near kargi chowk smells a lot, which was supposed to be a river became a sewage.

People drive very casually even on narrow roads

Turner road is fuvked up, they'll construct one then just dig it up.

Haridwar, roorkee, laksar side of uttarakhand is so ignored that there are very less development.

A lot of garbage at ghats, and the problem is not only people but also the trash facility.

Since few months/years Dehradun has been cooked, y'all agree, now I'm from uttarakhand but not Garhwali or Kumaoni. I'm from haridwar district where people actually have a different culture the same as western UP.

People often talk about haryana tourists, and delhi but very few actually talk about Western UP. Since I'm from that area i can say, majority of these guys have spent their entire childhood in villages and it works like a lottery, when they come to cities they either bring their actual etiquette or being respectful but some think that there is no superior to them. Simple words "garam khoon". Aur inhe ye "vehem" hai ki unka koi kuch nahi ukhaad skta.

Also I've lived here from 2019 to 2022 before too, I've seen a great increase in the population of "desi" people in dehradun, although i am one(I'm a student).

And if this continued i can guarantee, dehradun will no longer be a peaceful city EVER. Me myself and other desis who genuinely are against this shit, feel ashamed of being counted with them. So if you can, please start treating these guys the exact way they do to you. Call police whenever needed.

And my final take is, TRUE HARYANA, WEST UP CULTURE DOES NOT TEACH THEIR KIDS TO TURN OUT TO LIKE THIS. it's like these guys have sniffed a bit of freedom in here and they have no one to be afraid of. Or ye bhi jante hai inka baap inki kaisi dhulai karta agar vo ye sab jante to.
