Hi! I’m new here, our company doctor asked me to have my laboratory done, in which I did. She was guessing it’s anemia, electrolyte imbalances, or UTI that is causing my dizziness, but all my results are normal upon receiving my lab results.

This started three days ago (Sunday), and I still feel a bit dizzy now.

Sunday: This was the worst attack ever, the room was literally spinning even though I was lying down. I had to vomit two times.

Monday: I feel a bit better. I even commuted to another city for work on Monday, and I was able to work even though I was slightly dizzy. I just had to focus on what’s in front of me, so sudden head movements would not trigger me.

Tuesday: The spinning came back, but not as bad as the Sunday’s attack. I tried my best to work, but stopped eventually at 3 PM because I feel dizzy, especially when I am looking up and down.

Wednesday (today): I feel a bit better, slight headaches on my left temple. I can walk, but I am still slightly dizzy when I move my body. The slight dizziness triggers when I look up and down. I feel slightly lightheaded right now.

How do you all deal with this? And does BPPV goes away on its own?

I have been feeling dizzy since Sunday, I am assuming that it may be caused by my blood because I had my period recently. My period was surprisingly short this month, when I usually have it for like five to six days.

How long do you all deal with dizziness when you deal with anemia? How do you deal with it??

What I am aiming po sana is ‘yung maganda ang camera, and the battery can last long. Hindi naman ako into gaming masyado, more likely ay personal and work reasons lang po talaga kung bakit ko need bumili ng phone. ‘Yung Google Pixel ko kasi ngayon ay may green line na, nakakaapekto talaga siya sa mata ko kaya gusto ko nang bumili ng bago. 🥹

We had our first ever argument today. At noong time na ang tagal niya mag-reply, o kaya hindi ko sinasadyang pansinin ‘yung messages niya, doon ko lang napagtanto na mas gusto kong ayusin ang gulo namin kesa mawala siya sa akin.

So we did, nag-usap kami at nag-sorry sa isa’t isa. While I was writing ‘yung letter na ibibigay ko sa kaniya kapag nagkita ulit kami, doon na lang gustong bumuhos ng luha ko.

Hanggang ngayon umiiyak pa rin ako kasi mahal na mahal ko ‘yung girlfriend ko, haha. Normal ba ‘to? Naiiyak din ako kasi ang hirap pala magmahal ng kapwa mo babae—na baka balang araw pilitin kang magpa-kasal sa ibang tao para lang sa kasarian nila. Naiiyak ako kasi alam kong ‘pag nalaman ng iba ‘yung relasyon nila, baka may masabi sila maski wala naman kaming ginagawang masama.

Of course, ipaglalaban ko ang mayroon kami. Napaisip lang talaga ako kung bakit kailangan naming kahaban at matakot para lang masabi sa iba na in relationship kami.

Problem/Goal: Gusto ko malaman kung paano ko siya tatanungin kung puwede ko siyang halikan nang hindi kami nao-awkward sa isa’t isa.

Context: For the context, ito po ‘yung first time naming makipag-date in person, both women po kami. Wala kaming experience sa kissing or anything related to that pero gusto ko siyang tanungin. Noong una kaming nag-date, nasayangan ako kasi hindi ko siya natanong man lang—pero I respect her. Hangga’t walang consent galing sa kaniya, never kong gagawin ang isang bagay.
