How to financially protect my little siblings

I have a very well paying job. I have half siblings under 13 on mom and dad side. I want to start trying to save for their college if needed, or just for their personal use once they reach adulthood. Our parents can NOT know about this money because of their horrible spending. What should i be looking into?

Best way to re-bound after blood loss

I've been donating blood at least 3 times a year for the past 6 years. I'm very good at it, but GOD the day after is horrible. I take iron, fiber, vit D, have a big dinner of meat and carbs, don't exercise that day, and lots of water with liquid IV. I feel like i cant get healthier. How do we handle recovering from blood loss?? I want to try donating more but it really puts me on my ass

Feet safety

I am training for a 10k to build up to a marathon and ran /walked my first one yesterday. I was hoping to train 3x a week to at least hit distance goals, and then build up to time. Issue being, i am getting blisters. I heard there were socks which were anti-blister, to use moloeskin to pre-tape feet, and Vaseline between toes and socks. Are there any other safety tips to keep my toes from being injured?

How can i cut down on fats without cutting down on protein?

My biggest issue is im eating a lot of chicken with sauce. Bang bang sauce, general tso sauce, mayo. I can't stand plain chicken or plain beef, so i will simply not eat whole meats if there's so sauce. Pork tenderloaim tends to have the same issue - all the tasty dinners have sauce... any recommendations for recepies with low fat sauces, or protein that doesn't taste like shit? Open to vegan / veg / supplements

Recommend Windows PC specs for 300+ mods

I was wondering what type of hardware our heavy modders are running in order to avoid lag and performance issues. How much RAM do you have? Is it DDR4/5? What gen CPU? SSD or HDD? Any specific hardware lessons people have learned to run the big 3 expansions without issue?

A chevy equinox but smaller

I love the car. It's got responsive steering that doesnt feel too smoth, it's got a nice build up to acceleration, it's got the trunk lift, it's got the heated and cooled seats and the lane assist and blind spot detection. The stupid consol is integrated into the dash, but my AC has buttons.

But lord. She's LORG

"Oh, it's a COMPACT suv."

No such thing. An SUV is not a small car. I am 5'0. I need a small car.

"Try the trailblazer"

Too modern. Too smoth. Too much tech.

I want the equinox features just SMALL. I can't stand driving suv.

Is the malibu good? I saw the buick enclave (too big still) but also that car requires a SUBSCRIPTION for the fucking blind spot and lane assist?? Can i just not get these features in a sedan? It doesn't even need to be affordable i have 20k saved for this car.

Please i am going mad being unable to find a car of a reasonable size that's got the same features, PLEASE i just want a small luxury sedan with heated/cooled seats, auto start, and lane assist w/ blind spot 🙏

An Equinox, but smaller

My 2017 cruze just bit the dust, and im shopping for a new car. I love the features of the 2024 equinox, but i can't STAND how big it is. Is there something with the same features that im missing?

The heating/cooling seats, the lane assist, the blind spot, the auto trunk open and close, the screen not sticking up ABOVE the dash... what's my best bet to find these in a smaller model?

One of the things i think got left out of the "final season " because we got rhe movie was this book the Rocco and Gary keep bringing up. Blood on my hands - i wonder why it kept getting mentioned. Who wrote it? What was even in it? Do you think Brock would have read it? Why did Gary also bring it up to Malcom?

So sad that question isn't gonna get answered, i was really eager to see what it was all about...

Hello everyone, i dont chew spaghetti and in 2 years i will have enough funds to open a cat cafe. I want to make sure that it is inclusive and accessible to all, so i wanted to know what features you would look for in a space that has free-roaming cats. Many cat cafes have pillows and blankets on the floor, but i heard chairs with arm rests are a MUST have for many mobility disabilities. Cat cafe generally also have couches for sitting, a seperate door to enter the cat lounge feom where food is served, and scratching posts/ trees set up randomly around the room. Thank you for your input, it will help me plan a safe space for cats and all the guests who visit.

Good evening, I am planning to open a cat cafe in around 2 years. The biggest stuggle for these cat cafes is keeping track of guests' time with cats. There's no software for this as far as i know, most cafes just use manual time tracking. What i am looking for is if it'd be possible to make a software where these pagers can be activated either by a cashier or an RFID, and it starts a pre-programmed 30 minute countdown. All the ones online i gound have to be manually triggered. I would like it so that when they're turned on, the count down starts automatically. Looking for advice on what type of engineer can do this, if it is possible, if there's something similar... or if im posting this in the wrong subreddit. Thank you all very much

Howdy, I am trying to navigate opening a cat cafe in NJ in the southern counties in 2 years. From what i found animals and retail good have to be seperate entities and / or establishments. This means the food prep and cooking and pick up area must have no contact with the area containing animals. What i cant find is what will need to be for them to be considered seperate.

Does erecting a dividing wall with its own vestibule with self-closing door count?

Does HVAC/ plumbing need to be seperate, such as different air handles or sewage for the food / animal area?

My plan is to have food prep only in the front of the building with a wall cutting the building in half. To keep the cats safe, there would be a vestibule with locking doors that are self closing in the middle. The back half would be exclusive to the animals. I just want to see if anyone knows what the health department considers "seperate " so that i can ensure my architect plans are in compliance with relevant health and safety laws.

I am also open to advice from people not within NJ, to see if i can use other states as precedent if the current legislature has no laws governing this case. From what i can see, no other Cat Cafe in NJ makes any coffee or pastries on site. Thank you
