I was drinking way too much since I was around 21 years old and it got really bad to a point where I got hospitalized and because of that, I stopped drinking and I am now two years sober from alcohol and around five years sober from hard drugs and I just wanna ensure that I keep on making good positive life choices for me.

I walk around 20,000 steps a day and I eat a lot better as well. I really do honestly need to start working out like at a gym but with the amount of cardio I do it really helps.

Over 156k steps. With 58k of those earned on one day. Pretty proud of this achievement.

Been hitting hard on my steps and trying to level up.

From Huntington Park to Venice Beach then from Venice to Santa Monica where I took the train home.

This walk started at 7am and ended at 3pm after a few pit stops. I also added about 10k steps after my walk at my job.

I haven’t done one of these long walks in quite sometime and it felt amazing.
