I use the Android app, Windows desktop client and browser version (Chrome). Shouldn't there be a "Move to Top" option when sorting a playlist?

Delta is usually my go-to airline in the US but I've been hearing about a lot of recent problems with them. Is now to a bad time fly Delta? What have been your experiences with them recently? Should I go with Southwest, American or some other airline or is it all a mess in the US?
