Police using force and vehicles to disperse crowd and detaining everyone present at the protest site. 📍India Gate

Multiple protestors have been detained by the Delhi Police at Delhi Gate, with authorities citing Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). The detentions appear to be part of an attempt to disperse the gathering, with some protestors standing on buses in an effort to prevent the dispersal.

What are your thoughts on this? Is it right to withold a protest in a democracy using such laws?
