Good stick/box for 4k dolby streaming, HDR from Jellyfin

Hi,

I’m looking for a good streaming stick or box for my LG C4 and Jellyfin server.

My usage will primarily involve streaming 4K content (Dolby Vision, HDR) from Jellyfin. Key priorities for me are snappy performance, good audio-video sync within Jellyfin, and the best possible Dolby/HDR picture quality; an Ethernet port would be a welcome bonus.

What should I buy? A used Nvidia Shield Pro, a Fire 4K Max, a Xiaomi model, or something else entirely?

LG C4 / Jellyfin audio delay

Hi,

I have a strange problem with a slight audio delay. I have an LG OLED C4 + server with Jellyfin. The sound is delayed by about 1/5 of a second.

I've tried setting the Jellyfin audio settings to 2.0, stereo, 5.1, and 7.1, but nothing helps. The soundbar is connected via optical cable, and the same thing happens with the built-in LG speakers.

However, everything works fine when I play the same movie from the same server on my smartphone; the sound is perfectly synchronized.

Has anyone had a similar problem and is there a solution?

LG 48C4 jellyfin dolby profile 5, 7 issue

Hi,

I'm having trouble playing movies with Dolby Vision Profile 5 and Dolby Vision Profile 7 on Jellyfin. As shown in the picture, the color control isn't correct.

I have WebOS version 33.22.75. I haven't updated it in a while because I came across information somewhere that they increased input lag when playing PC games in Vivid mode.

Has anyone else had a similar problem and resolved it?

Kiwi Astral, Ziigaat Horizon, Tea Pro bass?

Hi, I'm planning to buy a new IEM. I'm currently using the Truthear Zero 1.

I mainly listen to EDM, rap, and a lot of bass-heavy music. I like the energetic sound and strong, punchy bass.

I'm aiming for the Kiwi Astral. Will I be disappointed with the bass in this model or is it strong, punchy bass?

I'm also considering the Zigaat Horizon and Mandrid Tea Pro. What is your experience with these models and bass?
