Shared kitchen and bathroom. No laundry or dishwasher in the building.
Shared with two female roommates in their mid to late 20s, we both work full-time and share all cleaning responsibilities
No pets and no smoking indoors

Who we’re looking for:

Mature, respectful and responsible working professional, mid to late 20s or early 30s
Pays rent on time and in full
Comfortable with sharing basic house rules
Willing to share cleaning responsibilities and follow a cleaning schedule
Keeps a calm and quiet living space. No parties, minimal hosting. Advance notice for guests is appreciated
