Wanting some feedback on my soundscapes...

Amitābha my fellow travelers🙏,

Hi, my name is Marc Palotai, and I was hoping that I may get some feedback on the soundscapes I've made for my business, Eternally Attuned. I'm going to really get back into the guided aspect for those that need some help on where to go with meditation. You can find my music on Spotify, YouTube, or anywhere else. Just type "Eternally Attuned" into your favorite music platform and you'll find me.

Edit: Here's the link to one:

https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=IYinH8TuPow&si=r6LCV2a6KKjwnSGy

Any feedback, even if it's bad, would be cool. I have faith and obviously it's biased because it's my own, but I enjoy meditating to them. To each their own though. I know I need to work on some things, that's for sure! But, they're actually really soothing, for me at least. I could just be smoked though! 🤣🤣🤣 One thing I can't wait for is enough money to buy another electric guitar. Frickin can't wait! Oh the pities of money!!! That and an audio interface, my Ableton 12 setup, and my creativity and pretty soon I'll have some really cool melodic guitar soundscapes. Stoked, but sad for a seconds thinking about it, but bam....I don't care because why??

I know life goes on, my heart goes on, my soul goes on, and until that day I leave this realm, I've committed myself to enjoying every last minute of it, regardless of any pain, grief, or negativity briefly felt in this flesh.

Been going through a lot lately, just losing my mom recently, trying to start this newfound business which is hard in and of itself, juggling and trying to balance my work/family/personal life, all while trying to keep and maintain my sanity. 🤣🤣🤣🫠🫠🫠

I practice mindfulness meditation (without music) all the time, while also practicing quantum field meditation. Yes, that's different from TM.

One thing I do know is that I deeply love and care about each and every one of you, and I value your spiritual progress because your or my spiritual improvement directly benefits the collective. Kinda like the Maharishi effect! Whether you believe it or not, it is a fact! It has been proven and can be further proven entirely by having everyone meditate entirely, which would ultimately stop crime completely at that exact time.

Remember, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Be well!

P.S.- Should have joined this community a long time ago! 🥂🕉️♾️♥️

What is the purpose of life?

So many theories. So many notions. So much thought, yet such little understanding.

I know, based on my conclusive experience, that we are here for but one reason — to add as much aesthetic value to the grand canvas of creation. For, as much as you might not think you add any monumental value, each stroke of color that you add becomes part of the total weight of the picture.

In other words, don't be alarmed if you think you aren't adding enough or think your part of the picture isn't valuable. Every stroke, color, or medium is needed and significant, regardless of anything.

Also, you have the volition to re-render, change, or add anything you want to the picture, given the time you are here to do it.

I can't conclusively say that we get this same opportunity once we leave this corporeal body, but I wouldn't be surprised to find out that we do. Either way, while we are here we should add as much love to the picture as we can. Not only is it beneficial to the grand rendering or the great picture, as I like to call it, but it's profoundly therapeutic and puzzlingly curative for the artist.

Hope you guys have a wonderful weekend! ♥️🤙

Help... Why are there so many abandoned carts? Literally 200+ and counting... Ugh! 🤣

Hey guys,

Could you review my site?

www.eternallyattuned.com

I'm honestly and genuinely wondering why so many people have come so close by either adding to the cart or buying now but never actually pulling the trigger. There are over 200 easy, and it really hurts because not only do I need the money but nobody has bought anything yet. I have had success selling my books on Amazon which is good and I already know that selling an audiobook on my site is a little harder of a sale than an Amazon sale, but I'm genuinely curious as to why there are just so many people that have come so close but never have actually bought something.

I know the code works and I had recently went through and updated the checkout to, instead of having the stripe embedded cart, having my own branded checkout that still implements the stripe API. I have made a few successful purchases and I know the site works but I guess I'm just wondering why?

And it's so crazy to me because I have all of my socials linked up and everything so I'm just truly kind of lost right now.

Oh well! Even if I never sell anything on my website, which would be so sad considering how much work I've spent on it and the apps that go along with it, I still will always feel grateful, joyful, and peaceful, for I know what I'm doing is noble.

There must be a disconnect somewhere and I wish I knew where. I even put a feedback button at the top of my site by the hamburger menu so that I could get some type of feedback but no one uses it. Lol, sometimes I wonder if there are just people messing with me, which is stupid to think about, but who knows, or if there are bots that act like they're going to buy but don't.

🤣🤣🤣 Either way, I'll be fine. Google ads is about to dry up their free credit, so I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure that traffic will halt soon on top of it all. 🤣🤣🤣

Soon word of mouth will get out. Not worried.

Parable of Certainty

Look at the parable of certainty,

For is certainty truly certain? Consider the metaphorical canvas of life — where one should actively be rendering the image that lay forth on the canvas. Sadly though, it's a tragic and unfortunate event where life today is treated like a single painting. We as the painter spend a good amount of time rendering our image, and then when we feel like it's finally done, we pridefully frame it and put it on the wall as if that's it and as if that's supposed to define our existence for the rest of eternity.

What we fail to reason with is the idea that life's canvas should be a constant rendering where, instead of framing it and putting it up on display, which may be done from time to time, we should regularly bring it back down to work on, or act as if we're never truly really done, almost in a constant state of persistent rendering. We should always be trying to better ourselves in a constant state of perpetual refinement. So, is certainty certain?

Maybe it is wiser instead to say maybe, for with certainty, there is a requirement to know the outcome. How then can we possibly know the outcome of anything if we are not promised tomorrow?

Check out my parable on wisdom.

Consider the parable of wisdom,

Two men set out to get a couple drinks at a local pub, sat down and became giddy with excitement, grandiosity, and bewilderment. There they started discussing all of the different noble principles and virtues and then came upon the topic of wisdom. The first man, already starting to feel a little saucy, sharply exclaimed, "Wisdom is how well you use your knowledge."

Frustrated with the gravity of these topics and the disconnection the world has to them, the second man then said, "No, wisdom isn't how much you know, or how well you use it; instead, it's simply just how well you can listen."

Then, almost in a comical fashion, the bartender came back over to the two men and said, "The next one is on me if you let me tell you a story." They delighted, rejoiced, and gladly accepted this new proposition. So, he continued and said, "One time there was this extremely saddened man who came in here who had just lost everything. He started proclaiming that he drank his life away, lost his job, got divorced, and said his kids no longer love him."

The bartender continued, "So I asked him, why did you let it get that far out of hand?" He told me, "I didn't! I just wasn't going with the flow of life. I didn't make a conscious decision to lose my job, get divorced, or become a horrible father. I made a series of unconscious mistakes, letting the flow of life wash over me instead of surfing the waves of life with love and appreciation. I really didn't understand equanimity and instead just drowned out my miseries and pains."

He continued saying, "You want to know what true wisdom is? First, it's godly to be skeptical, for anything of the truth is of God. Second, if you seek, one day you will find, but just know that with more knowledge comes more sorrow. But finally, you can know everything under the sun, and you can be profoundly masterful using that knowledge, but if you don't swim with the flow of life, there is no wisdom. Wisdom is the flow of life, through love — the wiser you are, the more pliable and bending you are to the flow of life's current."

What is wisdom, then, if what we know about it serves us nothing in the long run if we can't go with the flow of life?

If every beginning has a beginning, then I wonder if every end has an end. I think maybe..., but maybe not.

If each beginning has its own beginning, then does that mean each end has its own end, or a final, cumulative end? 🤙🕉️♾️

I'm generally curious to hear how other people feel about this. To me, it's a profoundly mystical question that is neatly fitting to our existence.

I'm tired of messing up!

I don't know how many times I have to hit my head on the wall before I figure it out. I wrote about this "universal smile" that my mom had in my book, where a smile can bridge all barriers with grace and love, despite all hard times, can cure a room full of unease — when you can smile even through the hardest of times, that is a universal smile.

That is something my mom did so well and something I am absolutely horrible at. I wish it was easy, and I'm constantly trying to do it, but I still have my days. It is so hard trying to start something from the ground up.

Metaphoric Contemplations

"Metaphoric Contemplations"

Today, I whisper a bit of poetry,

Enriched from the spirit beset in me

For it's not the day that is the matter,

But the words that came to this plain platter,

And these eyes have seen their fair share of things unimaginable yet amazing scenes,

But what is sight, for that the eyes may delight,

In the glory of discernment between wrong from right,

And the mostly humble inquiry from the commons,

Became our ethics, morals, and dogmas,

Where our own quintessential laws,

Evolved from our engrained flaws,

And when that condition met a human,

It overbred a society constantly consuming,

And of all the virtues that are oh so great,

Is it true that humility rations on a wooden plate,

What a feast for pride's grand delight,

Is that what the ego deems appropriately right,

See hate feeds off the back of depravity and ignorance

But love fasts from pride and insolence,

Life presents us with choice and volition,

And it's my intention to keep my soul risen,

So for every thought, deed, or action we commit,

An equal measure will unfold into it,

I will rise and fall like waves of the sea,

Becoming part of the universal pendulum of polarity.

Sew seeds of peace and love.

That's all I will do, and I hope we all can do the same — one day, with careful love, diligence, and nurturing, they'll conceive from the same fruition that created them.

Do you believe Absolute Attunement is possible?

I wrote about it as it is one of the most important facets I dove into in my book, "Eternally Attuned: The Conception, Founding, and Continuance of Something Greater."

I believe that the conundrum is only possible as a lofty ideal, but its impossibility is still worth aiming for as a spiritual neophyte.

Absolute—meaning never changing and always constant, and Attunement—meaning the steady act of actively harmonizing our spirit with the whole of it all.

One implies permanence and other finitude. But, as heaven on earth, Nirvana, and samahdhi are also lofty and worth exploring, so is the concept of 'Absolute Attunement'. It was really fun speaking it all into existence, word after word, chapter after chapter, and finally creating a whole new meditation that I'm nicknaming, Absolute Attunement Meditation.

This is the base of the memoir, and I'm going to continue honing in on this foundational framework:

Triad of Totality:

Thought, Tangibility, Transcendence

Six Keys of Mastery:

Thought

  1. Vision: Receptive, expansive, and intuitive ideation.

  2. Focus: Directed, structured, and deliberate mental clarity.

Tangibility

  1. Form: The physical blueprint, vessel, and stable foundation.

  2. Action: The kinetic movement, craftsmanship, and material expression.

Transcendence

  1. Awareness (Presence): Grounded conscious observation in the present moment.

  2. Unity (Integration): Dissolution of boundaries and seamless harmony with the whole.

Nine Doors of Freedom:

  1. Door of Surrender

  2. Door of Forgiveness

  3. Door of Presence

  4. Door of Authenticity

  5. Door of Detachment

  6. Door of Compassion

  7. Door of Trust

  8. Door of Gratitude

  9. Door of Integration

All of them put together equals what I call —

Absolute Attunement-

The supreme congruence of total, spiritual application.

Eternally Attuned: The Conception, Founding, and Continuance of Something Greater

About 8 or something hrs of transcripts and \~ 40000 words later, I'm officially done with my first book that I've ever TRULY written. I'm so happy! Yesterday, I finished the final draft after a successful trim and proofread pass.

🫨🤣😅😵‍💫 Yesterday, I woke up at 3:30 to finish my final Absolute Attunement meditation appendix and then started the proofread passes, and I finally was about to publish everything on Amazon and my website by 9:30 last night.

18hrs straight! Worth every minute!

Eternally Attuned: The Conception, Founding, and Continuance of Something Greater

I just published my first real book — still so tired as I spent 18 hrs straight getting everything just right. Two proofread passes and all the self-publication fun. 🤣

Anyways, it's my spiritual memoir where I discuss newfound spiritual application of the Triad of Totality, Six Keys of Mastery, and Nine Doors to Freedom. I spent a lot of time developing them alongside my Absolute Attunement meditation where I spent a great deal arguing about the possibility of 'Absolute' Attunement which, in itself, in a conundrum of sorts.

Anyways, my website holds the audiobook as I haven't explored ASX yet.

Love you all! Be well! 🕉️

Fate and Volition?

I'm curious what the general consensus is on the belief that fate is an indirect byproduct of free will, and when you choose good karma (action), you also sort of create your own fate at the same time, akin to choosing the right nutrients (organic preferably 😂) to produce quality fruit.

Just the way I feel. Does that make any sense?

Obviously, certain things are just out of our control like death. Maybe dualism is just a structural parameter in this realm. Who knows!

Be well, y'all! 🕉️

How often do you take inventory?

As a recovering addict and generally somebody who just cares deeply about the human condition, and just taking care of not only ourselves, but attempting to care for the world around us as a whole, I wonder how many other people out there are keen to "taking inventory" and continually practicing it.

There are so many different kinds of inventory metics and what I'm referring to is our conscious inventory of spiritual principles like trust, forgiveness, patience, or surrender.

If you do or don't believe in a higher power, are you still taking inventory of yourself and your surroundings?

I ask because I know how important it is and I know it can truly raise your consciousness.

My birthday is tomorrow and I'll be turning one year short of 40. Lately, I've been having a lot of mid-life contemplations like mainly, am I going to die a successful man, or will I leave behind a great legacy.

Lol! So far, I have a bunch of books that I published with the help of AI generation like a pure lame but I wanted my mom to see me succeed before she left us in May.

Did I succeed? Hell yeah! She got to see her son finally have something going for him before she passed.

I'm so fucking grateful for that! Excuse the French, but it truly was priceless knowing she went in peace after seeing 38 years of my mishaps and miseries.

Now, I'm sure she's graceful watching me from the ocean of ether, the heavenly realm, or wherever, whatever, or however it can be called, perceived, or labeled as the place that it IS.

What happens to our spirit will always be debated but the beauty of life resides in the beholder so take it as you will.

All I know is, I'm 19000 words into a book that I hope might be a strong contender to spiritual books where the bar is already set like, The Four Agreements, or The Wisdom of Insecurity.

I know that is a very high bar to pull myself to but in this book I've developed a whole new spiritual framework designed from Tesla's 3-6-9, numerological fascination including a whole new style of meditation.

All I will say is this-I'm so ashamed that I ever used Ai to generate any words that I ever published.

Oh well, I've been transparent (unlike most) about the whole thing, so I'm sure the gravity of that alone will go miles.

I hope you all have a beautiful weekend!

You deserve to live the most beautiful life imaginable. GO OUT AND LIVE IT!

Do you guys truly feel awake?

Just a curious, quick little question that I have for everyone: Do you guys generally feel conscious of yourself, your surroundings, your volition, or your purpose?

The last one, purpose, can often feel murky or cloudy because often there isn't always an understood certainty to one's purpose.
