Who has jurisdiction over "Living Memorial Grove" on the Brooklyn Bridge?

The garden space at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge on the Manhattan side (labeled living memorial grove on Google maps) appears to be parks, but since it's on the bridge it could be DOT.

I'm tired of seeing vendors throw their trash in there, but my complaints are going into a black hole.

Do you have a Scottish Deerhound in NYC or know someone who does?

Bit of an odd request, but my family had a Scottish Deerhound growing up and she was an absolute doll.

My dad has thought about trying to get another, but it's just not in the cards.

He absolutely loves dogs and I think he's sad that he doesn't have one in his retirement (he's almost 80 now).

If you have a Scottish Deerhound or know someone who does - it would mean the world to me to consider meeting us in the city next time my parents come to visit. If you're within the 5 boroughs or LI, we'd come to you!

I'd happily walk your dog for free for the trouble!

Brooklyn Bridge | LEGO® Ideas

Hi! This isn't my idea, but I'm so in support of it!

I'm the Brooklyn Brigilante - I've been cleaning the Brooklyn Bridge I'd trash and locks affixed to the structure by tourists.

I love this bridge and think it would be a great lego honor to the Roeblings! Maybe it could include figurines of John, Emily, and their son :)
