i have never felt worthy of posting on here (only ever on shittyveganfoodporn and mediocreveganfoodporn lol) but these meals made by my bf i think are worthy. we have a spring pasta with peas and a breadcrumb walnut topping, an almond milk fregoto (a play on risotto but made with fregola instead of arborio) topped with leek oil, maitake mushrooms, walnuts, and leek ash. then a carrot tartine (made w a maple dijon glaze) topped with vegan cream cheese. served with a salad made with arugula, fresh english peas, snap peas, and a charred lemon vinaigrette that we made together. i am so so lucky to have a chef boyfriend is all i can say <3

1. spaghetti with gardein meatballs and fyh parm

2. sushi from local spot

3. i think this was just avocado on a roll 😭

4. teriyaki tofu w potatoes, peppers, and celery

5. brownies i brought to an earth day event

6. leftover lentil soup, black bean dip, and quinoa salad made by my lovely friend for said earth day event, with bbq chips and walmart english muffin w peach preserves made by another lovely friend’s mom

7. red and green enchiladas (used violife mozz bc that’s all i had on hand)

8. ben and jerry’s w trader joes coconut whipped cream

9. borger

10. pulled jackfruit sammich

11. hot dog topped w leftover jackfruit and mustard

12. pancake time

13. chipotle black bean burrito

14. bbq gardein nuggets w homemade ranch and celeries

they are also bisexual

raspberry uncrustable fried in the pan with earth balance :p brought it out to my car to smoke with me lol
