got the chemist at play body wash + another one and now i have enough body wash to last me an eternity lol
Instead of carrying the entire bottle of the sunscreen, moisturizer, facewash etc etc. individually, i just carry these samples that i get lol and it literally saves me so much space in my bag everytime i travel🫣
himalaya lip balm: sooo soo nourishing, been using this same lip balm for the past 5 years lol
foxtale moisturiser: as someone who sweats a lot and has an oily skin this blends really well into my skin and doesn’t feel sticky, love it’s smell too
skin q sunscreen: my holy grail of sunscreens 🙏🏼 started using it about 2 months back and absolutely in love with it, great protection and longevity
derma co niacinamide: have seen a lot of dark spots fade away using this, great for my skin barrier too hehe

Honestly, skincare doesn't need to be complicated at all. This looks like a lot of products but u don’t need these many.
Body wash: Use a decent one for your body according to your body type. Be bodywise has some good ones. Pls do not use those 12 in 1 body wash, shampoo, mouthwash etc. products.
Moisturizer: Keeps your skin hydrated. Mine is a little expensive, so I just use it for my face.
Sunscreen: The most important one!!!!! Protects your skin from UV damage, pigmentation and premature ageing. Don't skip this. Don’t expect that it would save you from tanning, no sunscreen does.
Vitamin C: Optional. If you have pigmentation or want to work on uneven skin tone, you can add it.
Toner/HOCl sprays: Honestly, not necessary for most people. You can skip them.
That's pretty much it. A good facewash, body wash, moisturizer and sunscreen. Add Vitamin C if you actually need it.
Your entire skincare routine will take 5 minutes max and it would genuinely help you in the long run :) You don't need 15 different bottles sitting on your bathroom shelf like mine but do invest on you skin that’s what i would advise.
so i shed a LOT of hair during monsoons every year and the same started happening this year as well. Tried this bare anatomy’s hair growth serum and used it consistently and by the sixth week the hair loss reduced by a lot? Idk if it was the serum or my diet changes.
