I feel like if Britney’s parents just came forward and explained the real situation it could probably bring a lot of clarity.

Like why does Lynn not say anything? Nor her dad or sister?

Whilst I know they would receive backlash, if I had a sister strung out on drugs / mental health issues, I would still set the record straight.

I also wonder if they are in the process in the background to get her in another conservatorship.

For some reason I always put off practicing Somatic Experiencing. I personally do TRE myself.

I always feel better and more relaxed upon completion but I always put it off.

Anyone else experience this?

I have used MT2 in past and have had to stop for following reasons:-

- Feel tense and on edge after injection and struggle to sleep

- Experienced Anhedonia and a lack of pleasure

- feeling of sadness

Are these effects lessened on MT1?
