I have been searching top and bottom for books with mmc like zade meadows for FOUR YEARS. And I think a lot of people don't understand what I'm actually looking for when I talk about zade. Bc it's always recommendations like {the ritual by Shantel tiessier} {god of malice by rina Kent} {that sik luv by jescie hall} or something similar. I gave all of those a 3 or lower star because I went into those book thinking it was either similar to haunting Adeline or the MMC was similar. And NONE of it is true!!

The only book that is close and I mean very very close.. a book that should've been recommended but I just happened to find it on my own is {under your scars by Ariel Anderson} so I'll just describe what I'm looking for.

MMC needs to be:

•Stalker

•Obsessed

•Gets jealous

•NOT MEAN TO THE FMC (idc what yall think ; Zade was not mean to Addie at ALL not ONCE not even during the non con scenes)

•Will literally do anything for her

•NEVER thinks of her as just some toy AT ANY MOMENT

•DOES NOT meet her bc he is suppose to kill her

•Literally a gushy bear when it comes to her

•If she isn't alive then he offing himself (bonus points if he makes that very clear to us readers and her)

•Speaks romantically🥹

•DARK HAIR :)

•Bonus points if they are in the MMC is in his 30s

•Bonus points if they meet randomly ..........

The silencer from under you scars had all this down pact. He had all zade qualities tbh the storyline was even similar at some parts..

Now I know this might be a lot or kind of hard to narrow down. But it's been a long 4 years and only one book has made me feel like the cat and mouse duet and made me have the same giggly feeling zade made me have... except for under your scars... oh and my dreadful darling but it didn't give me zade vibes or his qualities but the book was good and I love the mmc.

SORRY ITS LONG. Just want you to know her personality and how she is but TLDR is last paragraph.

We've had her (Salem 2y/o) since she was born, we also have her mother and her sister. They both purr ALOT. But Salem does NOT! Not once has she ever purred. Even when she is content and you can tell she is so happy and relaxed bc she rolls over and lets you rub her tummy and does big stretches.

She also is more of the ones who doesn't like to be bothered as much, like she likes to be around you and hands down the NOSIEST cat I've ever known or had. When people come over she has to be all in there face just to see who they are what they are doing. We are getting our house renovated and I feel sorry for the workers, she's always climbing their ladders and follows them lol. And she always wants to play 24/7 with her rubber band, we throw it she catches it, brings it back And it's a constant thing! She NEVER wants to stop. But she doesn't want to really b picked up or loved on when laying down. Not ALWAYS but sometimes. You can always tell when she wants you to and when not! BUT Shes IN LOVE with my daughter, always on top of her, sleeping with her under the covers with her. Snuggles with her (still doesn't put)

She is vocal like she will meow/chirp when she wants to place or even meow and bite my ankles to get my attention. She is very smart, when she wants to play or wants your attention and you're not giving it to her. She will do something that SHE KNOWS SHE ISNT SUPPOSE TO DO. Like knock Stuff over especially if we have a drink (& ITS ONLY WHEN SHE WANTS OUR ATTENTION) she jumps on my bookshelf and will start scratching at them or drop her rubber band in between them. Because she KNOWS I don't want her own my books or near them those are my BABIES. So she is smart as hell!! I can name a list of things she does that makes us realize she is smarter than most cats lol.

BUT SHE DOESNT PURR!!!!!!!!! She is happy and treated well and gets the snuggles when SHE wants it or whenever my daughter is near. When she is content and we are petting her and she rolls over to let you know she wants more and will meow for attention other than that... NOTHING.

is she BROKEN?

I work at CVS and it isn't worth it the pay I get is sad. The lead tech who has been there for 30 Fckn years only makes $23 dollars. I need an at home job. NOW! I can't do this anymore.

I don't have access to it and since my phone is currently off (bc cvs pay sucks) I can't do the other verification! somebody help lol

Hi I'm (30F) was prescribed xanax 1mg twice a day and I just don't think it is for me, I am forgetting things and just very sleepy as soon as I sit down. I am perfectly fine when I am up and moving and have loads of energy but the second I sit to relax I am passed out. it also is helping soo well with the panic attacks and anxiety but I just don't like the feeling tired as soon as I relax. and then when I sleep I sleep for 12 plus hours. I work go home sleep and repeat but on my days off I just sleep all day long: I have a 12 year old and I don't like not being attentive towards her.

so I completely stopped and now I feel like I am going through withdrawals. it's only been a 2 week since i've been on them but I am extremely scared. I am sweating and agitated and depressed and sometimes i feel like I might pass out. how long will it last? and no im not tapering. I stopped cold turkey. I thought i'd b okay since its been only 2 weeks since i've been on them.

I have read {sugar daddies by jade west} a while ago. but don't remember much about it and I believe that is one of the only books I have read where the MMCs are already together before the FMC joins... but I also want it to be angsty, and yearning. and I don't want the fmc to feel like she is the main character I want all characters to feel important. that actually reminds me I have also read {the losers duet by harley laroux} and LOVED!! i'm just in a reading slump and it sound like something like that would take me out of it.

not trying to criticize. just genuinely curious.

I personally do not remember picturing them like that and it's throwing me so off! I prefer guys with shorter hair so I never read a book with guys with long hair or i'll DNF it (yes for that reason alone)

this series is one of my favorites and it's just throwing me off that's all.
