Made a little 3ds like GIF sprite for my vintage story shortcut in my WIP game launcher

I'm making a games launcher and wanted to add a sort of little sprite art blip the way the 3ds used to have them on a game hover. What do you think of the vintage story one? It is based off the grass mound of the current logo, with the tree from a design that the devs posted on a concept art sheet(my favourite of the few by far). I made the actual build in minecraft and then animated/rendered in blender

Is it possible to recreate a 1:1 version of this head with the skin system in vlc or should i look elsewhere in trying to recreate this.

trying to find the easiest way to get this old head back from the windows media player back in the day. does the vlc skins system have the capability to have the opening and closing windows on the side of the head?

What kind of wizardry is this? Im shocked.

Windows 11 is just stutter stutter stutter stutter for nearly every game i play. I thought the stutters in vintage story were necessary due to and influx of mods and ram. NOPE. Stutters on vintage are 99% gone with cachyos. Stutters with minecraft legacy console edition, obliterated with cachy. Stutters with straftat gone with cachy. Issues with no mans sky dropping to like 20 fps after windowing out, gone.

I have yet to come across issues I couldn't solve. All solutions were far simpler than any problems ive been experiencing with windows.

And my god the fucking use of ram is beautiful. Like around 6gbs of ram with Firefox discord and a light game. On windows I idle like 8gbs with nothing open but discord.

Im thinking I'll be moving over to cachy as my main. Thank you cachy devs.

Having Bluetooth stutter issue

I am having an issue with Bluetooth where constantly has moments where the audio cuts off or doesnt transmit. I really want to find a solution to this because I love every other thing about cachy.

The environment im in needs noise cancelling and my headset only supports it through Bluetooth not aux. On windows 11 I am not getting the issue.

Any help or feed back would be greatly appreciated. The sooner I can get off windows the better

Is there an android version still in the works somewhere.

Bit out of the loop but I remember seeing the minecraftconsole/lce version said it was 40% through an android port and then it was dmca'd. Is there still someone making an android port

Should I sell my steam deck? Would it be the right choice for my use case? And would the base ayn be enough

A long time ago I dropped my steam deck. It is full functional only issue is the joystick molding is warped. I havent used the steam deck at all because I have a powerful pc but the real question is would it be a smart choice to sell the steam deck.

Would the ayn thor base work good with these.

Minecraft legacy console

Core keeper

Dungeon defenders

Powerwash sim

3ds games

Would it ever be possible for my a53 to run legacy console?

I have tried running windows versions of legacy console on my phone (samsung a53) it runs but every turn, every movement is one huge stutter, assumingly over ram or cpu. Hypothetically if there was ever an android port brought out, would my phone be able to run it because its not being pushed by an emulator or is it a lost cause to ever have it on my phone?

second question is if anyone knows of any android ports being developed

The game launcher pulls directly from steamgriddb for game pictures. you can select what platform it comes from, then it creates an overlay image of the top of the gameboxes and has the individual sound of its console. for each game, a custom sound can be added manually to play when launched, as shown in the video. there is sections for programs, movies, dvds and every console.

working on a search bar right now. another idea im not sure will go in or not is a canvas section. I dont like how windows icons are all universally one size so i want to make a sort of canvas you can draw and write on. Bigger icons to essentially remind me what more important with written notes on what I'm supposed to be doing

I'm basically just doing it myself because I haven't seen any programs that do exactly what i was thinking of, but would anyone be interested in this sort of thing? Would you pay for something like this, if so how much would be sensible? Do you have any feedback or suggestions?
