Sand filter base

When my pool was installed in 2018 they used one of the plastic base the sand filter sits on. The last couple years it started to warp and sag causing the filter to lean. After install my deck was built around the pool and over the sand filter and there is a hatch from above I can lift out to get to the controll head, I can also access it from the sides. Though about pouring a small concrete slab to replace the plastic base. I don't like the idea of messing with concrete under a deck just haveing to be hunched over under there. I have never messed with concrete but assume for something like this I could just dig out a few inches, build the rectangular form. Also thought about just screwing some treated 4x4's together or something similar and setting it on that. Anyone have any DIY hacks or suggesions?

The current plastic sits on the ground and after everyting was installed there was river rock installed all around.

Firmware update today now it won't connect.

I was using my MLM 2 Pro today and in the middle of the session I got a notice there was a firmware update and to complete the update before I could finish my session. I came inside and plugged the unit it and started the update. The light stayed white as it should and eventually went to red like it said it would. I tried to reconnect to the MLM 2 Pro from my phone to make sure the update worked and I had the current firmware. Now I can't get it to connect to any device. I have unistalled and reinstalled the app. It act like it is communicating with my phone, for example the light will start read and the second I start the connection process it goes flashing blue and within a couple seconds I get the alert asking permision to join the wifi. Then it goes from connecting to finalzing connection and it sitts there until it says connection failed. I have also tried to direct via the network and not the direct wifi to between the device and phone/app. Curious if anyone else has had this issue today if you have downloaded the firmware update. I'll try to contact them tomorrow but have been dealing with their customer service for a couple month on a separate issue and they are horrible to work with. They either have only one person company wide who is in support or they have 10 million complaints and they can't keep up. The guy I am dealing with will email me and I will answer instantly and then it will be 7 days or more before he responds again, then another 7 days before I hear from him.

Notification question.

Overall I am fairly new to Reddit. I sent a PM to a user back in early April and they responded. Today I open my screen and see I have 3 notification for new private messages. It is the same message I recieved from the person back in April. Once I click on it the notification goes away and the next time I log in I have a red #1 or #2 under the message icon. Same thing. The only message in there is the message from April Some times I can click on it to mark it as read, and within 2-3 minutes a new Red #1 pops up on the message icon and it's the same old message shown as if it has never been read. Any ideas?

2004 3.0 cold idle question.

My 17 year old son has a 2004 3.0 with around 120K miles on it.  He called me outside a month or two ago when he started it and the RPMS shot way up.  He is a new driver and said it sounded like the gas pedal was stuck so he shut it off.  I popped the hood and had him re start it and it was high but not super high, it was idling around 3K RPMS.  After 30 seconds or so it began to slow down.  Haven't had an issue since but today I drove it and noted when I started it up it idled around 2200 rpms  for about 30 seconds then over the next minute or so it go back down to the normal 1K RPMs.  Today the temps outside were in the high 50's so assuming there is something in the system that causes it to idle higher in cold temps, it should have been effected when it's this warm.  This is our first Ranger so I don't know a lot about the little quirks, is there a throttle positioning sensor or something, or anytihng else that could be going bad?  It has not thrown a code.

I am having a customer service issue. I know on some subs there are employees who monitor and are users. I am not on this sub a lot, curious if there are any Rapsodo employees who are on here.
