I have a new Napoleon grill from Costco as per my earlier post and the infrared burner doesn’t light from the starter and the two front doors arrived dented.
The website doesn’t accept my serial number or model number which is pretty lame and I requested a call back from calling the warranty line and haven’t received a call yet
Any suggestions or does anybody from Napoleon monitor this?
Looking to do 2 x cruises that cover xmas, and another that covers new years.
Hoping to make the best trip ever as our teens have one last chance to be kids and experience the wonder and craziness of a big vacation.
As such. This might be the last time for them to appreciate coco cay, great stirrup, water slides, teen clubs, etc.
We have diamond status on RCCL/Celebrity.
We have done Vancouver to Hawaii (Ovation) and Hawaii to Sydney (Edge) recently.
They love food, so NCL included specialty is a plus. Then having big groups of other kids and cool activities would be next priority. Then maybe 3rd would be the private crazy islands and snorkelling.
Anyone have experience on Icon icon class ship like the Icon or Star and something like the NCL Luna or Aqua
I’ve been discussing the idea with wifey and would like some other human opinions of those that might have been on the ships?
Also looking for a travel agent that has a Group rate for Royal? Drink packages etc.

Both front doors dented. These are packed on ends of box. I suspect from dolly loading or being kicked to put on dolly?
infrared side burner wont light with starter. Burns with match. But wont do anything with button.
I was a bit concerned about the gas line routing. But it seems to burn fine when lit with lighter.

2025 model y. This is my 3rd badly cracked windshield in 18 months requiring replacement. I have only had one cracked windshield before in 35 years of driving and living in the same place same highway in 15 years.
In 2 of the three cases it was a loud pop when driving. Then later forming crack with no big or clear impact. No vehicles ahead etc.
Is there any research or info about these windscreens being lemons or problematic?
In Canada. So no windshield insurance from tesla etc.
Thoughts?
