how do you actually know when labor is starting vs just braxton hicks contractions. everyone is like “you’ll know” okay well i don’t so someone tell me please 🤣😩👏

i’m having cramping, that just feels like i have to poop super bad/makes me nauseous. but they aren’t x amount of time apart. if it is it’s like an hour but i’m not timing bc it comes and goes. i’m sore from under my belly to my nipples and my legs feel like i did 10000 squats. also i’m pooping a good amount (sorry tmi but i heard that was a sign baby was coming soon bc you’re emptying out) no water breaking, no mucus plug, no discharge more than regular pregnant discharge or anything like that.

i’m 36 weeks, 37 on tuesday and if i go into labor before 37 weeks i have to go to the hospital instead of the birthing center i plan to do my unmedicated water birth at. i am DREADING having to go to the hospital so pray i hold this baby in.

having my first baby next month and from what i understand birth control is pushed on you pretty soon after your 6 weeks. i haven’t taken birth control since i was in my teens because it makes me super depressed and absolutely insane (i’ve tried pill and the ring). i don’t want to add chemicals to my body especially when you’re dealing with your hormones trying to go back to normal post birth.

i want to have another baby but AT LEAST a year from now.

i’m going to a birthing center, they don’t offer meds/epidural besides nitrous. i honestly would love to have a completely unmedicated birth and never wanted the epidural but the closer i’m getting to birth (im 34 weeks) peoples words are starting to get me to me and im so scared and feel like idk if i can do it 😩 please hype me up and give me some good stories!

i’m having my first baby in July, and everyone keeps telling me I have to get my baby on a schedule. What does this even mean? How do you do this with a newborn? like what if they’re crying that they’re hungry, are you supposed to wait or if they’re not hungry? Are you supposed to feed them anyway? And how does this work with sleeping?

i know this is kinda stupid but do i need to figure out any paperwork or stuff before the baby comes? like for the birth certificate/social security card? do i need to find a pediatrician before she comes? do i add her to my insurance before she gets here? are there are things you’re supposed to do besides just prepping to keep the baby alive? 🫪👀 thanks
