How to handle harsh and mean critisism?

Someone told me in a message that my story board "must have been drawn by my grandchild".

I just deleted her from my contacts.

I'm still angry at her but I didn't respond anything.

I hope that I will never be amazing at anything

When people ridicule/dismiss other people for being average but give all their attention to someone who's amazing/impressive in their eyes, it really sucks. It just makes me sick to my stomach.

I know we're animals, we're born this way but it's an awful world we live in.

People same to care more about the skill/performance and not the actual person.

I truly hope there are exceptions. I don't want to judge everybody.

I'm attracted to women but don't want to have sex with them

I experience sexual attraction to them, I just don't want to act on it.

I always assume they won't be attracted and I'm also against the idea of getting touched.

My brain can barely comprehend that sex is supposed to be fun or enjoyable.

Also I'm a virgin and feel like I have very low testosterone all the time.

Avatar from 2009 is an excellent movie

It's not that it has unique qualities but it has a great idea of nature vs. technology and it executes it flawlessly.

The world is both dangerous and attractive. The characters are cliched but convincing and fun to watch. The effects are often fake-looking but they do a great job of using mostly CGI when it's only the Na'vi on Pandora.

The wildlife and the final battle are still the highlight for me.

It's an easy 10/10 for me.

+ I thought it was much better than Ferngully or Pocahontas but about as good as Dances with wolves.

Could a movie like Se7en happen in real life?

Living tied to a bed for a year (Sloth victim).

A man forced to cut a pound of flesh from his body (Greed).

A killer doing all of those things John Doe did.

How to create a 2D game engine with C#?

I've got into a lot of game engines over the years and I never found one that's really intuitive or doesn't feel overwhelming.

I'd like to make a game engine (2D only) that would be really easy to make games with.

Can I use WPF as a starting point or does it have to be done from scratch?

Why does realistic art freak me out?

I've been trying to figure out why I have this visciral reaction to realism. It's usually just the fact that it is based on reality.

Not that I never do life drawings but I have to strongly push myself out of my comfort zone and often I feel like someone has to be put a gun at my head to even get started.

I wouldn't mind just drawing child-friendly, not threatening at all cartoon characters for the rest of my life. I seriously feel better if my art is not scary rather than good/realistic.

This is kind of embarassing but it's really true.

Why is it important to have goals?

It's not really that important and it feels better to just do nothing.

What's the difference between rules and limitations?

Like rules of art and science. If you know the rules you can take advantage of it? Shouldn't it be like: you don't follow the rules, so you can do whatever you want?

Why does arrogant or nitpicking people furiate me so much?

I hate these people so much, once I had to pick up a two-handed hammer and imagine beating their heads to pieces.

I'm not prone to agressiveness but sometimes my anger just explodes.

I have to be told that most people would find it scary/creepy or disturbing.

Like once in a while I got morbid enjoyment out of it but for me it's kind of natural. People die all the time. The ancient Romans considered bloody fights in arenas great entertainmant and it was completly normal.

It's always blocking me from meeting women.

Every time I want to say "Hi, I'm Gergely." I assume they will not be interested or laugh at my name (happened before).

If the women is pretty, I don't even say hi. My brain is just stopping me, I get thoughts like "She's way out of your league. You want to date her? No chance. Just walk away!"

My biggest fear is she will find me boring af or a loser.
