Vertical Cargo Net

Has anyone on this sub figured out a smart way to mount a vertical cargo net on the back of a CX5?

I usually ride with all my back seats down and want a net to stop my Boston Terrier from wanting to jump when I lift the rear door. A vertical net would be ideal, but I can't think of a good way to attach hooks at the top. Has anyone found a solution? Can I drill into a part to add vertical hooks to the car opening?

I’m curious if any BenQ ScreenBar Halo 2 owners can comment on the strength of the rear backlight.

My office setup isn’t ideal. I sit with my back toward a large bright window. During video calls, if I adjust my webcam exposure so I’m properly lit, the window behind me usually gets blown out.

Right now I’ve had the best luck using LED lights pointed at the wall behind my monitor so the light bounces back onto me instead of shining directly in my face.

I’m wondering if the Halo 2’s rear backlight is powerful enough to act as a bounce light for this kind of setup, or if it’s really only intended as ambient bias lighting behind the monitor.

I know it won’t replace a dedicated key light, but has anyone tried using it this way? Did it make any noticeable difference for webcam lighting?

Using Multiply Blending Modes for Large Format Print Production?

I’m working on a large-format mural in Adobe Illustrator, and my file uses a lot of global shadows created with objects set to the Multiply blending mode.

As I start preparing the artwork for print, I’m wondering if it’s safe to leave those shadows as Multiply, or if I should flatten/bake them into actual colors before delivering the final print file.

What I like about using blending modes for my shadows is that I can target and adjust all of them at once, which makes revisions much easier than having to manually update individual shadow colors throughout the file.

Has anyone run into issues with blending modes in large-format printing workflows? Do most RIPs and print providers handle Multiply correctly, or is it generally better practice to expand/flatten transparency and define the shadow colors explicitly?

Would love to hear how others handle this in production. Thanks!

Looking to upgrade from Elegoo Neptune 3 pro

I've had the Neptune 3 Pro for almost two years; I received it as an X-mas gift. I'd like to upgrade to a multi-filament 3D printer, preferably one that is enclosed with WiFi printing capabilities. What would you recommend as a good upgrade?

Never under estimate the surprises Boston Terriers bring.

My wife and I were watching television when we heard our twelve-year-old Boston Terrier paw at our smart vacuum robot, turn it on and fight it!

Clever girl.

I have a picky eater in my life and I’m looking for a Mexican spot that does a classic bean and cheese burrito.

- flour tortilla
- refried beans ( not whole )
- cheese.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
