Anyone up for a lal bagh palace meetup?

Hey everyone!

I'm in the city and thinking of visiting Lal Bagh Palace today. If anyone's been meaning to check it out or just feels like getting out for a relaxed walk and exploring the place, you're welcome to join.

Just a casual visit, good conversation, and hopefully meeting some new people along the way.

If you're interested, drop a comment or send me a DM. It'd be nice to explore together. 🙂

Such an organic close to nature how can the government make it illegal, in the country criminals are roaming free but put the screws on someone who smokes a joint! Tell me a place where I can enjoy being close to nature and get 🍃 from there

I don't see any bodyweight progress it's been 3 months of gym and taking proper nutrition

My wt. 3 months before was 48 kgs now it is 49.59kgs but it's not increasing like i seriously ate my food take carbs sometimes i don't hit my surplus calories but my protein consumption is upto the requirement 1.6 to 1.8 per kg of my wt. Should i consult a dietician or take wt. Gainers available on market? I am a college student and it's sometimes difficult for me to hit 2300+ calories but my average is 1800+ with 85 to 100 gm protein daily.

I used everything like multani mitti paste, ayurveda tonics(currently using it), cetaphil everything but still these scars i can't get over with ts. There are dark spots on my cheeks and my forehead is full of black spots.

Currently on a bro split, training each muscle ones a week. It’s my first time doing gym consistently for 2 months i asked my trainer if i should train muscle 2× per week but he told me to not. But i want to increase my frequency to train each muscle twice a week as my friends doing it and they got the result.

Due to exams i am doing full body 3 times alternate per week but i notice that sometimes every muscle not targeted. Can someone share full body routine that i can follow.

20M, 50kgs, 169cm

Calorie intake- 2000+ but sometimes 1800 min
