How do i get a 21 year old grown man to wipe?;

I'm (21F) and i'm dating this guy who's also 21.

Let's just say he doesn't wipe good enough after using the bathroom, and it grosses me out because i can smell it in his clothes and i see streaks.

He's 21. He's a grown man, not a toddler.

How do i bring this up to him without sounding rude?
