I am working on getting a diagnosis for something like POTS but basically I have a real hard time in this weather and since summer decided to start randomly 2 days ago, I have been feeling heat sick ever since even with full protection. I normally drink Aquarius or something but I think it’s not enough. ORS was recommended to me but Google said you’re not supposed to drink it every day. Is there anyone in here who DOES drink it every day, especially if you have issues with heat and electrolytes like me?

I live in Japan so wondering what your favourite heat protectant and styling balm is. I wanted to ask my hair stylist but frankly what she used didn’t smell very nice!

What path would you choose that doesn’t suck and also makes good money?

I am particularly interested in Gods (such as Inari Ōkami, not so much folklore like Yuki Onna) and am looking for kind of a big book I can dive into and study from. I know there are lots on Google, but hoping for personal recommendations, even though this may be a bit niche. I also noticed a lot of books tend to mix folklore and Gods but I’m not looking for Yōkai tales this time even though I love those too.

Anyone else getting 2-4 migraines a week right now?

So usually under my eyes I wear colour corrector and then concealer, and then I put cream blush on and usually do it up to my under eyes otherwise it looks weird. But I notice that I think I’m pushing around the concealer/colour corrector when I pat the cream blush over top of it. Same happens when I put cream-ish highlighter over the cream blush - I think I’m transferring the blush. How do I stop this?

What do you typically use if your hair seems quite straw like after a Japanese hair straightening? It’s pretty shiny but I think a lot of it looks damaged/sticks up and out. What hair care routines have you used after straightening?
