Nicest Restaurant within 45(ish) minutes of downtown

Going to be celebrating a life milestone, but haven't lived in the area in a decade. I know Lemongrass well (though I think they moved?), but I'm sure many other places have opened, closed, or changed in quality since. Open to anything within a 45 minute or so drive of downtown, so long as its exceptional. Currently considering Eden, but no clue what is in the burbs or what has changed in the city. Open to any type of cuisine.

Octomore 17

I know it hasn’t been released yet, but on the FWGS site the 16s are all online exclusives. I’m newish to PA, is that what we should expect for the 17s as well? Or were they on shelves for a while then pulled back to a warehouse?

Oral min/fin/dux tablets?

Recently put a mirror up across the room from another mirror and, damn, my crown is thinning more than I thought. It’s not fully bald, but it is noticeably thin. I’ve had a noticeable widow’s peak for years, but the hairline itself if pretty stable as of the last several years. I also have seb derm, and have heard that topical min/fin/dux can get kinda problematic with things like topical MCT oil and such. I keep seeing ads for oral tablets from places like Keeps, but ive also seen mixed reviews online about them, though a lot of the negativity seems to stem from customer service.

Are there any OTC tablets that are worth their salt?

Planting peppers from seeds of dried peppers

At work I have access to a bunch of dried peppers (Arbol, paisilla, cascabel, morita, etc.), your typical assortment of Mexican dried peppers prepared traditionally. We tend to just toss the seeds. However, if possible, I’d like to try planting them, but I have no clue if it’s viable. Does the drying process kill the seed?

Hungarian Pörkölt Hot Dogs

Was being sold at some imagined Hungarian embassy aligned cultural center in an event in their garden. Take your grilled Frankfurter in bun and top it with some of the pörkölt (thick a beef stew dish, kinda like a goulash, not the American version with ground beef and noodles), top that with whatever combo of braised red cabbage, sauerkraut, spicy mustard, and of course paprika. Basically a modified chili dog. This dream also had absolutely massive vertical rotisseries (like you use for kebabs) with stacks of meat like 1 meter wide by two tall, just kinda sitting around the garden in groups of three, not being served from.

Moved buildings and submitted request to move with my equipment which. I arrive and see that there is actual another router tied to the unit. How do I activate that?

Exactly the title. Just moved neighborhoods in my city and knew that my new place had Fios available. Submitted the relocation request for my new building and unit and to use my existing equipment. I get to the unit and in the closet I see a Fios router and a Heights modem, which given the info on it seems to be tied to my unit by the building and not left by the last tenant. The router is zip tied in place. Found the network name and password and it did connect, but said it wasn’t connected to the internet. How do I activate this router and do I need to cancel my old one?

What’s your “called it” Austin establishment that you immediately knew wouldn’t last.

Mine was the pickleball place on Menchaca and the Brooklyn breakfast place that … opened at 9.

First PECO bill timeline

Moved to the city in the beginning of February and set up my electric with no issue, but now it’s the start of June and I still have yet to receive any sort of electric bill. Signed up for paperless billing and autopay, I have no record of any bill on the app, never was sent a paper one, no charges to my bank. I understand they need to take a month or so to like calibrate everything, but four seems excessive to me. Is this a normal wait time for the first bill or is something amiss? Not looking forward to a sudden huge bill.
