Galveston has such pretty beaches

Galveston has such pretty beaches

I just don’t get why everyone says bad things about the beaches in Galveston. As you can see here, they are 100% high-quality and fun for the whole family!

Manna Bread from Heaven in Tomball has some really good matcha

Okay so I’ve been drinking matcha since February and I love trying it at different places. My granny recommended this coffee place up in Tomball called Manna Bread from Heaven and we went today. Very chill atmosphere inside and the vanilla matcha is really good. You should definitely try this place.

I know the perfect person to lead the Hotty Toddy chant on September 19

We still deserve to know the truth about why Bentley didn’t get as much playing time as he should’ve had in 2024. There’s no reason for a 5th string WR to be the starting RB in a must-win Florida game (which we lost 24–17).

Hello again, Houston!

So glad to be back in my favorite city!

We went to the Museum of Fine Arts to see the Frida Kahlo exhibit but it was closed today and we didn’t realize they were also closed on Tuesdays (we thought it was only Mondays that they were closed). We’ll try again on Sunday.

Anyways I caught this pic of Downtown from in the car!

I saw on Facebook where there was a fair coming to my hometown at the local multipurpose arena/civic center so I decided to take a study break and go check out all the stuff. It wasn’t too crowded when I went yesterday afternoon.

I rode some of the rides and won a stuffed alligator in the balloon dart game. The swing ride (I think it was called Musical Chairs or something like that) was my favorite. I also liked going through the Monkey Maze and looking at all the little wacky mirrors they had on the second level. The Dizzy Dragon ride was pretty fun too.

It was windy as fuck yesterday so I didn’t ride the Ferris Wheel. I hate going on Ferris Wheels when it gets windy cause the seats start rocking.

This is the same carnival company that does the Amory Railroad Festival that I used to go to with my MeMe all the time when I was a kid, so I’d seen most of these rides before over the years. Some of them were newer though. I was a little bit surprised they didn’t bring Moby Dick here because at the Railroad Festival it’s always been one of the most popular rides there for years.

Also there was no Merry-Go-Round. What kind of fair doesn’t have a Merry-Go-Round? That’s just straight blasphemy!

But anyways this was pretty fun and I’ll definitely have to go back next year!

Leshawna showed she could do well in challenges and she won invincibility in No Pain, No Game and Hide and Be Sneaky. Also her social game was probably the best on the entire island if you ask me.

How much longer do you think she would last if she didn’t get eliminated in Haute Camp-ture?

Many times coaches will post a thank you message if they leave their current school to go coach another school and whatever, but when Kristy Curry left Alabama to take the head coaching job at the University of South Florida, she just up and left after informing her team the day after their second round loss to Louisville in the NCAA tournament. She still reposts stuff about her former Alabama players (Sarah Ashlee Barker, Aaliyah Nye, and Jessica Timmons) playing in the WNBA but she never really posted a thank you message to Alabama.

Even Adia Barnes thanked Arizona after she left for SMU last spring and she thanked Desiree Reed-Francois too despite her exit probably being messy behind the scenes and her likely not getting along with DRF.

Do we think there was any bad blood between Kristy Curry and the Alabama administration/AD?
