Hey everyone,
I need some advice and want to get your opinions on what I should do next.
I have an iPhone 14 Pro, and recently, the 3x camera (the zoom lens) got damaged. Something is definitely wrong with it, and it's not working properly anymore.
I’m thinking about getting it replaced, but here is my dilemma: my phone has never been opened or repaired before. It’s completely original, so I’m a bit hesitant to break that factory seal. I also don’t know what a repair like this normally costs out of pocket since I don't have AppleCare.
I’m trying to decide between two options:

1. Get it repaired: Find out the cost and just pay to fix the camera lens.
2. Hold off and upgrade: Live with the broken zoom lens for now, save up some money, and eventually upgrade to a newer phone instead.
   Is it even worth fixing a camera on a 14 Pro at this point, or will the repair cost be too high? If anyone has gone through a similar camera repair, how much did it end up costing you?
   Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
