Lower Bike Seat For Boyfriend's Bike

To sum-up, my boyfriend got a used bike that he can't ride. For one, the inner tube on at least one of the tires is punctured, but we've ordered replacements (for both, just to be safe), but the other, bigger issue is that the seat of the bike is too high for him to sit comfortably. He can barely get on, and when he is on, he can't brake. The seat doesn't lower any more than it is currently, so we're looking into replacing it.

The bike is a Schwinn, mostly silver and green. The seat itself is black with this sort of black spring-thing just beneath it keeping it elevated. I know nothing about bikes (never learned to ride them), but I want to find out if it's even possible to swap the seat for a lower one or if it would just be more pragmatic to get a different bike.

Thank you for your time.

Terrain Discussion: Some 2D vs. ALL 3D?

This is a fairly simple subject on it's face, but I think there's room for discussion here, so I thought I'd ask the question: should all of the terrain pieces on the board be uniformly 3D (either sculpted or printed)? Or is it okay to have some 2D pieces to represent terrain (for example, forests/trees or water) that would get in the way of movement and block LoS, but would ALSO interfere with the models moving around the table? Personally, I don't mind a mix of the two, but to be fair, I don't have a lot of expendable income and I'm not very crafty, so the only terrain I have are some clusters of 3D printed rocks and paper cut-outs that represent forests and small lakes.

NOTE: This question is mainly for more experienced, IRL tables. I know about Wartable, but the entire thing is 2D, so it doesn't count for this purpose, and completely new players are more likely to use paper cut outs for terrain as they get used to the game (not guaranteed, but likely).

[FoundryVTT][LFP][Free][Alt-Saturdays][8:30 PM EST Start Time][Pathfinder2E][Campaign][Homebrew][Online] Gunpowder Revolution | Need Between One and Three New Players

Hey everyone, I've been running a free campaign for a bit, but with only three players, it's getting to be a bit difficult. The general gist of the campaign is that the party is in a country that's more or less a mage-ochracy. The mages feared an uprising, so they banned gunpowder the moment it was discovered. The party (with some noble backing) has started to form a resistance movement against the mage-centered hierarchy, where only mages can be nobles or any sort.

The party has just struck a deal with a Thieves' Guild in the country to gain their assistance and are travelling by ship upriver. This is the perfect time to introduce new characters, so I'm extending the hand out now. The party is as follows:

Bramble Root - Kholo Magus
Eos - Human Guardian
Sylas - Kitsune Oracle (the party isn't aware he's a Kitsune)

Free Archetype is being used, and the party is already level five. Please consider joining~!

EDIT - as of the moment, it's full.

Bounded Spellcasting Removed EXCEPT Battle Harbinger?

Simple enough question that I need advice on. In one of my campaigns, I have a Battle Harbinger Cleric. Now that Impossible Magics has come out and Bounded Spellcasting* has been all but removed, it's come to our attention that the Battle Harbinger still has Bounded Spellcasting. I'm debating house-ruling it to act like the Magus's new spellcasting rules, but I'm not sure if it would break the class. Looking for advice.

*For those unaware, Bounded Spellcasting is essentially where a caster only had the ability to cast spells at the two highest Spell Ranks they had access to, and only had four spell slots total at max (ignoring cantrips).

[Online][FoundryVTT][Free][Starfinder2e][Bi-Weekly Sunday][Beginner-Friendly] Guilt of the Grave World~!

Hello all~! I need a couple of players for a free Starfinder 2e game I'm setting up. I have three currently (six is my max). I've never run Starfinder 2e before, so this game is to gain experience with the system as much as it is to have fun.

Sessions will be alternating Sundays from 5 PM EST to 9 PM EST. Voice will be via Discord. First come first serve. I have played some Starfinder 2e and run Pathfinder 2e extensively, so I do have some idea what I'm doing, but constructive criticism is always appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

TableTop Simulator Draft Cube How-To

Pretty simple question: my friends and I don't have the money (at least not right now) to build a good Draft cube IRL, so we're hoping to build one in TTS for the moment and eventually get all the cards needed to move it bring it IRL. However, I can't figure out how to do this. Has anyone done this before? And if so, can you offer some guidance on how to do it? Thank you in advance.

Just Got The Game, Tips?

I've been watching some of my friends play this game for about a week now and it looks really fun. However, I literally JUST bought the game like, five minutes ago (it's installing now). Are there any tips that you can offer that might help a complete newbie? I've played Sea of Thieves extensively, but I usually focused on the Merchant's Alliance faction or PvE stuff, which I understand isn't super big in SAND.

Thank you for your time.

Wanna Go Sailing?

36 MtF who's looking for some friends to play Sea of Thieves with. I've got the full compliment of owned ships (Sloop, Brigantine, and Galleon), but sailing alone is booooring.

What Do I Watch Next?

I'm trying to catch up on The Mandalorian before the movie comes out. I've watched season 1 and season 2, but season 3's recap includes scenes I haven't seen. Am I missing something? Is there a watch order that no one told me about or a missing season?

EDIT: Someone has kindly informed me that the missing scenes that take place are shown in "The Book of Boba Fett."

An uneasy world, its ruling nations sitting in uncertain stalemate. Leaders focus only on securing personal power and wealth as the people struggle to survive.

You are an actor within this drama in which the world finds itself. An initiate to a faction which operates behind the thrones and outside the dictates of society, known of by few and spoken of by fewer. A secretive faction tasked with only securing and maintaining a True Peace and the Greater Good under veil of shadows... by any means necessary.

This is the Shadow Hand.

With a neophyte group, brought together by Fate, you are now tasked to enter the world, maintain the secrecy of the Hand, and secure the Greater Good at all costs. Alone you are naught, but together the world may yet know a True Peace.

This campaign uses the "Five Banners Burning" campaign frame of Daggerheart's core rulebook. It's designed with beginners in mind, but those with experience with the system are welcome as well.

"The Threat of the Godless Ones"

"The Cult of the Godless Ones, more a group of anti-divinity activists than a true cult, have been quiet for some time. A little... too quiet.

Enter into a world of high-fantasy, full of political intrigue, imagination, and excitement. Friendly to new players and old-hands, get to know the homebrew world of Kelddea, where the Gods often walk amongst the mortals and even meddle in their affairs.

Many people have gone missing as of late, and the demi-goddess ruler of the city-state Sanctum, Lady Katherine Silvers, has asked for assistance. Even a demi-goddess can't be everywhere at once, and the town guards are struggling as well, even a few of them going missing as well."

As of this moment, there is only one player out of six available seats. Please join the game so that I can start this campaign that I'm thrilled to begin running.

This game is VERY LGBTQIA+ friendly (I'm a transgender woman myself). I'm also neurodivergent, so other neurodivergents are more than welcome. Any and all experience/skill levels are welcome. This will be more RP centric with a steady amount of combat as well (about 70/30 towards RP), with a focus on political intrigue (at least at the beginning).

Sessions will be alt-Sundays from 5 PM to 9 PM EST/EDT.

Hello everyone, Khymaera player here. I recently attended a 30 point charity event and played two matches. The first match, my Warlock was Kyrrax. In the second, I used Rassyk. Otherwise, the list was the same (Drakyon, Vipex, and Inkarnate Knights). I lost the second game (partly due to luck - got hit with a couple ranged crits that crippled my Warlock), but I really loved how Rassyk felt. I wanted to get some input on getting used to the switch (I'd only ever used Kyrrax before), some of the differences that I should get used to, and how to make the best of Rassyk. I should mention, I only have the Battlegroup Box, the Core Expansion, and the Incarnates Command Cadre at this time.

The other point of discussion is that a new friend of mine (from the event) is starting up a Progression League, where we start at 30 point lists, and every two weeks we upgrade to the next tier, culminating into a 100 point tournament. I've only played 30 point games so far (I've made 50 point lists and even a 75 point list or two before, but no one was available to play them). Does anyone have experience with such a league? If so, how'd it go?

Thank you for your time.
