Just a heads up, if you are getting contamination charges from Republic services for a recycling contamination, please call in and ask them to send you proof. Their ai system is extremely flawed and is charging the wrong houses. The rep admitted this to me on the phone, then she emailed my supposed infraction and it belonged to a house 3 doors down from us.
I feel like this entire new system is a scam. They do not send proof or even tell us what the contaminated item is, and they do not notify us when it happens. Then they add it to the bill two months after it supposedly happens. They have our contact information and if they are going to implement this bs system, they need to notify us immediately of any contamination so that we can correct the issue before we're fined multiple times.

Anyone else getting text notifications that extra tickets are being released for sale, and when you go to put in the code, the venue or Ticketmaster doesn't put the tickets out for sale? This has happened to me twice in the last day. Yesterday it was through the independent in SF and they never even put anything online because there was never a place to put in a code to access the tickets. I'm going as soon as the text is received, or at 10am on the dot if it's specified.

After docking at SF for the game. My only issue is that not everyone on the train is going to the game so maybe take that into consideration. We were coming home from Stanford for cancer treatment and everyone was screaming. I've never seen it that crazy
I'm 48, going through peri and I started using tret last year. No matter how much moisturizing I've done pre foundation, my skin has looked really textured and dry after applying makeup. I don't have any peeling or anything like that, but my makeup would always look dry.
I switched between several foundations. I tried different spfs. I finally found a routine that works. I rinse with water, use the Ippodo moisturizer, then put on the sheseido SPF stick. It goes on almost like a soft primer. It fills in my craters and makes my skin glow. I use Maybelline skin tint on top and they work great together.
The stick also lasts a long time so it's a good buy even though it's not super cheap. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else is having a similar issue

Would anyone know who I might talk to about issues with govt retirement? My husband applied for his VA retirement benefits in October and they still have not issued them to him. We were told they'd kick in April 1st and it's almost June and he still hasn't heard anything. When you call, no one answers even after waiting hours on hold. Can we sue? Not sure what our options are but he's having health issues and could really use his retirement insurance.
