I am looking for perspective. I had 1 confirmed uti this year. it didn't go away because it was in Mexico. since then... I have had 3 unconfirmed utis. it felt like utis but the tests were negative. my doc prescribed amitriptyline for 1 month. I also stopped drinking Alch and coffee for 2 weeks and I did start to feel normal.

. I'm finished the entire month of amitriptyline - and have only moments of bladder pain. sharp or fast and fleeting.

any advice? personal experiences?

do I take amitriptyline again? do I go see a urologist. my doc said I can I just am so exhausted of seeing doctors. I have so many other health issues with pcos/Aga I just don't need another appointment lol.

staying in Las Glorias. any must sees? must do's? is this good for a relaxing trip?

I am 32f currently making 61k with bonus, after RRSP contributions /stocks I am making roughly $1590 biweekly.

For July and August my bills are $800 each month and it has been this way since March I've been hard focused on paying off debt but . What should I do with the next two months.

I have accumulated 10k of debt in line of credit. paying roughly 60 in interest a month.

have 49k in RRSPs and putting 8% of my paycheck into it - with my employer matching 5%.

just opened a FHSA and $0 in TFSA.

should I keep focusing on paying off debt or should I put money into one of the saving accounts? I know it's just two months - I should've asked this earlier.

I have no idea how I got onto this subreddit being on my home page EVERYDAY considering I do not shop here whatsoever.

which brings me to my point, every post that I see is talking about how their customer service is trash /that they received the wrong item or that something overall Is BAD.

why do you continue shopping here? from a genuinely confused bystander...

this may break the rant rule but idk. if that's so then bigger forces are coming into play when it comes to genuine discussions about these big brands.

I was in Mexico in the beginning of the year and unfortunately got a wicked uti. Because the health care system there is kind of weird - I went 4 days without proper dosage of antibiotics. When I got back to Canada I immediately went to the pharmacist and received proper medication and dosage.

Unfortunately - it didn't get cleared up. Then tried a different antibiotic for 3 days. This worked.

Fast forward 3 months -May 10th - I get another UTI. forts dosage doesn't clear it up AGAIN.

I still didn't feel normal, went back, they said it was gone but suspected Kidney Stones. Went to get a CT scan-no kidney stone. just a bunch of cysts that I have to go sort out now, great.. That was 10 days ago.

Today I woke up with ANOTHER UTI.

Someone please help me. I feel like I am going insane! I started taking cranberry pills 1000mg everyday and even started d-mannose. Clearly it didn't work 😢.

I have an appointment today at 1130 so hopefully I will get relief soon but my mental health is taking a serious beating.

My partner and his sister have Dutch ancestry, their dad has a Dutch passport and they are looking at wanting to get one too but when they applied it said you had to get it under the age of 20. Is there anyway to work around this?
